Ok so CNN gets trolled and posts OBVIOUS fake news ....and its Bush's fault?

 

Go to the site. I spent hours on it last night. The chronology is there, they've been crowing about this punk of Wilson for months openly. Even some of the specific silliness within the dossier is laughed about on November 1st. Wilson was the target of the trolling, he'd made some bizarre comments about pissing / in relation to a girl. They ran with it.

Now as to the identity of S.T Prudence, unknown could be anyone. S/he claims to be from the UK.

4chan is a conglomeration of every political/social stripe. Yes you could suggest they lean left because it's mostly younger/ crazies hanging around there but it's really just a huge Internet warehouse of chat rooms.
Most of them neither you or I would wish to enter.

 

why didn't the public law enforcement agencies or private media do their due diligence.

I agree fully the responsibility was not just abused but thrown out the window. It's quite apparent the heads of our intelligence agencies are political yes men for the current administration.

I'm sure Trump will chop off the heads of the politically motivated. Of course it's an easy argument that thier replacements will just be yes men for Trump. Time will tell. Generally speaking conservative replacements will follow the law more than progressive yes men and do thier jobs as described.
Both the left and right will be watching.
What we need in our intelligence agencies aren't left or right but patriots willing to discern the truth for the good of the country not a political party. I'm sure most will agree.

4Chan is more chaotic neutral than left or right.

They love upsetting liberals and are very anti-PC, so they rallied behind a semi-ironic support of Trump, which solidified.

Now that Trump is actually elected, that line of fun has ended, and I hypothesize the next funnest thing is to ruin Trump.

 

The left is hysterical over the beating they just took and are willing to buy into anything without any regard to whether there is actual legitimacy. It is one thing for an individual to do that, but it is something entirely different when you have media entities that, laughably, attempt to portray themselves as "news" outlets doing it. Anyone can make a mistake, but it is clear that they have no interest in even attempting to verify any story that fits the narrative they are pushing.

Whether its "the Russians hacked the power grid" when no such thing occurred or this latest 4chan business, there is simply no due-diligence. They just want the click-bait type headline and want to try to beat all the others to get it out first.

 

Because they all live in a bubble and in their bubble that's all real. Their bubble says so.

 

The problem with the anonymous post on 4chan claiming that it was a hoax is that the source wasn't even Wilson.

Kinda' throws a wrench in the theory, no?

 

The source has been named because 4chan got lots of news from alt right sites claiming it was them and it appears that the dude they thought they duped wasn't even involved.
