5 off duty cops were at Ventura bar shooting...all unarmed.

TV / news said there were multiple (5) off duty cops at the bar....all unarmed.

were the off-duty cops partying or moonlighting?

 

if they were planing to get a bit drunk they should not be operating cars or guns, sad what happened, but it's the shooters fault, not theirs

Right, all you would need is to politely ask the panicking crowd to step aside and the shooter to please pause while you get in position.

The shooter in Mcdonalds in Birmingham was stopped by an armed father recently, when he went in shooting. Liberal gun banners don't want to talk about that. They think guns only work in a bad guys hands.

I don't mind talking about it. Every time a shooter is stopped by another armed person, which is unfortunately not the norm, it is a great thing.

But we should NOT be DEPENDENT on such good luck to stop these people from abusing firearms like this. It isn't realistic.
