    OH MY GOD!

What is china trying to do provoke a war with india by mocking them and making threats?

Who does the chinese dictator think he is - Donald Trump?

    https://www.rt.com/news/400118-india-china-mock-video/

Liberal trump haters should be digging their fallout shelters even deeper than during the North Korea crisis

I think the Chinese are after the water in the Brahmaputra. They appear to be foreseeing a time when global warming will weaken water flow from the Tibetan glaciers.

Do you really think the chinese are buying into the man-made-global-warming-disaster hoax being pushed by al gore?

I worry about the growth and expansion of china precisely because I don't think they are that stupid

Winter will make the doklam region ( where my country India's troops are confronting Chinese troops ) snowbound as it is situated at 15000 feet above sea level , making military operations impossible for months. So whatever military action has to take place, it has to happen in the next few weeks.

I imagine they have done their own independent calculations. Water is a valuable commodity and gives the owner of the source great political power as well, so they really wouldn't be wasting their time whatever happens with the climate.

IMO one reason the Chinese took over Tibet was to secure their water sources from Tibet's glaciers.

this is just due to ongoing border dispute at sikkim, india send 300 troops into china and prevent them building a road there on china side. its strategic choke point between east/west india

You would have to read the other threads in here on this general topic to get the full picture. Another poster posted a map which clearly shows what is at stake as fr as geographical control goes. The Brahmaputra is right there.

I read quite a lot news on this event for the past few weeks. put it simply india don't want china build a supply road there, and china want the 300ish troop out of its border, so it can build road there. like I said in previous post, its a choke pt for access east india.

All of that too of course, but the highest objectives are not always the discussed ones.

In the long run india cannot defeat china and pakistan without a military and economic alliance with America

That's a pretty far reach for us.

They're both population-dense countries that really do not have an interest in destroying the environment with warfare....

    Huh?

You measure wars by their impact on the environment?

    Oh well

I think india is less aggresive that china which is a shark

When I say defeat I mean fight off china and pakistan

India cant do that by herself

The video looks like good political satire and the Chinese may be learning something from "Saturday Night Live". The Chinese are pretty good at imitating TV shows popular in America and they even have a reality television series "China's Got Talent" on Dragon TV.

look at the geographic location, china already have control of water upstream in Tibet. there is no major water in that area that doesn't go through Tibet already.

its a choke pts to give india pause, cause that's the only place india east and west are connected. if china occupy that narrow area, then likely part of east india will declare independence. hence reason why india put 200,000+ troop in that region. its not about water, its about strategic location that can break india into two

The water comes from glaciers which are beginning to get smaller. The Chinese think long term.

plz provide proof that china is doing for the water. like I said, its very narrow area that has strategic value, no water value. Look at the map, that area is near Nepal, Bhutan, china, banglash. the water from glacier is in china or Nepal area, not at india area.

    The Brahmaputra has water.

It is a theory of mine--of course I have no proof of what I believe could be a secret agenda of the Chinese.

almost all the water are in either from Nepal or Tibet area, of course there gonna be rivers in the area, but those come from Himalayan, Nepal/Tibet, which is not under india control.

I don't know, China's military might be under some recruiting strain:

Young Chinese are ‘too fat and masturbate too much to pass army fitness tests.’

A rising number of young Chinese people are failing fitness tests required to join the army because they are too fat and masturbate too much, state media has proclaimed.

The high rejection rate has triggered concerns that there are not enough youths in good physical condition to fill the ranks of the Chinese army.

A poor diet and frequent masturbation, leading to abnormally large testicular veins, are believed to be behind falling fitness levels, according to a report published in state-run military newspaper the People’s Liberation Army Daily.

Authorities also think the constant use of smartphones and drinking water with too high a mineral content are to blame.

In one city, 56.9 per cent of potential recruits were rejected after failing fitness tests. One in five was simply deemed too fat.

Assuming your information is accurate which on the internet it might not be what is the issue with masturbation?

There are plenty of women in china to fill the needs of young men

But I have my doubts that the situation is as bad as the newspaper claims

Actually, women are in short supply. And you can believe everything you read in the newspaper, always.
