This kind of thing is why I think we should still have the Death Penalty.

What do all the gun advocates say about the easy availability of guns in relationship to this kind of thing? Should the guy who did this have had a gun or not, and what can be done to prevent these kind of people from having one? If it involves some inconvenience to the regular public to stop these horrible incidents that seems a small price to pay and I can't understand why the gun advocates don't agree.

As to if he 'should have had a gun'..... unless you want to turn into the thought police, we don't know if he was eligible to own or carry one at all, though that doesn't stop criminals.

Interesting way to phrase things: “He intentionally killed my child for no reason,” she said. “He didn’t even know her, he didn’t know who she was.” What she doesn't say makes one wonder... does she know who he was? Does she know why he fired into the car?

i'd venture to say that some of the 'blind faith followers' of the left perpetrated this tragedy, and others, just to further their agenda... their hatred has no bounds...

 

One thing they need to do is to go after illegal arms dealers. They need to make a sweep of the inner city neighborhoods and confiscate all the illegal guns. No one talks about this though--that most gun killings are committed using illegal guns which will still be on the streets when they come for the legal guns.

What? You think we have lots of escaped convicts with 25 to life sentences running around? Those are tho only ones with "nothing to lose" . Criminals don't make these involved calculations anyway. People commit crimes because they aren't THINKING at all at the time, but 25 to life, no plea deals, that will MAKE most people peruse the matter just a little.
