    Socialism per se no longer exists - except perhaps in North Korea.

    Social Democracies do exist, and their definition is thus:
    Social Democracy, as a definition, is in the middle of the spectrum from Far_Left-to-_Right.

    Also, from here: Social democracies are the happiest nations on earth, US is 14th

    Because he is a fool actually like all socialists.

    Employee owned businesses tend to be precisely the opposite of what you describe. Sure a few of them succeed but most do not and are less profitable or productive before failing.

    By definition then social democracies are far left. By your own definition they seek social justice which is far left and abominable.

    In reality, they tend to be exactly what the definition says. Countries with a capitalist market-economy but also social benefits administered by duly elected governments. Meaning SD has entered into the national mentality as a "given" - the only question remaining how much more-or-less of it a country wants ...

    In fact, there is no longer any such national entity that can be called truly "Socialist", because that socialism required all the means of production be owned by the state. (So, that leaves what on the list? North Korea?)

    The EU calls itself a Social Democracy. The US calls itself "The Greatest Democracy on Earth". Superlatives are an "American thing". (We Yanks cannot express ourselves, it seems, without employing that speech-deformation. ;^)
