I known and work with plenty of LGBT folks but they look normal, act professional…they’re just gay and that’s perfectly fine. If the guys start showing up to work with lipstick in women’s clothes they are no longer fine. They passed a threshold of sanity and professionalism. I can’t trust their judgement anymore because they’re gone. Just like if anyone else showed up at work with a tattoo on their face. It shows a loss of grip on reality.
