Actually there are a couple of serious amendments that would benefit the constitution and our governance. Unfortunately none of the list comes anywhere near those.

You don't find giving children rights important?

I would bundle these 10, with an amendment setting the number of justices to 9, and having them serve for 18 years rotating every 2 years (one leave one enter) and making the senate have to vote no by 2/3 with in 60 days of appointment or they pass.

People want the latter so they will give in to at-least 5 of these.

Not sure who told you that....but children certainly have a right against self-incrimination, freedom of religion, due process, the right against boarding soldiers, and all the other rights granted. The Constitution doesn't just protect 18 year olds and above.

There is no right other than the right to life a parent is required to respect or a school, and no freedom to follow your parents religion not of your own.

Think of all the restrictions places on children for their rights.

Not in the United States...they are granted the same Bill of Rights as anyone else in the United States: https://supreme.justia.com/cases/federal/us/387/1/

Should children be allowed to look at their parents online activities? Also this only applies to parents get an LEO involved they check confirm nothing is going on and everyone goes back to normal.

Seriously? Are you a bratty 14-year-old girl or something?

A parent monitoring their child's online activity is called RESPONSIBLE PARENTING.

And NO, children shouldn't be allowed to monitor their parent's online activity, because they're CHILDREN, and their parents are ADULTS.

Mom and dad are the boss, apple sauce.

Now shut yer yap and do your homework, little missy.

Not to the ludicrous extent that your silly proposals suggest.

It is simple fact that all children do not have a fully developed frontal lobe and cannot cognitively process thoughts.

This is why we protect them from themselves

You can move out of the house.

That'd probably be the best way to end mommy Hitler's tyrannical oppression of poor, little you.

    What's with the quotes?

Does that signify that you're alone in your mom's basement?

Actually, they do have a subset of adult rights. The difference being that they can be (for a variety of reasons) stopped from doing things by parents, or those en loco parentis. Giving children a special set of rights, like in your post, would make it almost impossible for parents to raise children. Children do not have the cognitive ability to make all decisions for themselves.

Because I am currently living at a place I volunteered at but soon I will fully be independent, it just took 4 months to find a ****ing job, I plan on applying for foster care as soon as I am on my own fully.

I've been a parent for almost 21 years. I don't know any parents who take joy in being mini dictators. I know parents who are min-dictators, but it's not a joyful thing. They are doing what they think is their responsibility. I'm more of the "let kids increasingly have freedom" camp of parent. yes, when they are little you almost need to be a mini benevolent dictator, but as they age, that changes. Methinks you are irritated that your parents were reading your electronic devices, that they paid for you to have. My boys are 19 and 20 (almost 21). They are still on my phone plan. I reserve the right to grab their devices at any time and scour them. I've never done so, but if I had any inkling that they were involved with something harmful like illegal drugs, I'd have no problem doing so. If they don't like it, they can pay for their own phone plan.
