Of course you wish that were the case.

Senator Sanders spouting ethnic slurs and insulting American war heros to promote his media entertainer status would be quite a spectacle as well.

And you would take The Donald's reporting at face value?

I'll bet you would in a heartbeat.

They are both petty-arsed little boys, but McCain knows everything there is to know about stirring up "crazies". That is precisely what he was trying to do when he hired Palin.

Depends on the definition of 'hero', but IMO sacrificing 5.5 years of your life for your country in a Vietnamese stinkhole, when you could be attending tail-hook parties in your dress-whites with your buddies, makes you a hero.

Fact is, Trump shouldn't be talking about heroes. He didn't even show up.

And this is coming from a liberal who can't stand either McCain or Trump.

Still, you don't hear leftists screaming "bias" anywhere near as often as you hear the rightists screaming the same thing. In my opinion, rightwing whining is just a tactic.

It is very fashionable these days to call just about everyone heroes..........is this done to diminish the stature of 'True Heroes' of which there are very few.

There is a homeless guy down the street who sleeps behind a big utility box of some sort.........it is a well to do neighborhood....no one has reported him for being there obviously.......it is also very obvious the guy is suffering and has suffered a lot....does that entitle him to a heroic status because he is suffering and has suffered?

It is undeniable that pow's suffer....yet some are stronger than others.....some are heroic...most are not....to call them all heroes is a disservice to the real heroes.

Not even to mention that McCain co-operated with the N.Vietnamese......also even less well known is that Nixon stepped into prevent legal action against McCain being brought forth by a fellow pow who was disgusted with McCains behavior as a pow.

It's not like the media treat any independent or third party candidates any better. I don't know if it's a 'liberal' thing so much as an establishment, two-parties kind of thing..

It's a mindless, automated response, like a wacko bird blurting "Liberals!" whether in reaction to a Supreme Court ruling in favour of an American's constitutional rights or a hemorrhoid flare up.

(It's particularly amusing when you watch their media entertainer Trump self-promoting by so easily manipulating the main stream media with his deranged paroxysms.)

It's a safe bet that just about any politician has a few skeletons hiding in the closet. These aren't honest people by nature. They get where they are being good manipulators and wealer-dealers, not honest people. Honest people end up, well, the way honest people such as Ron Paul and The Donald end up: being slandered to no end publicly by the political machine that serves the dishonest politicians and the system that relies on them.

... Because honest people won't sell us all out to help themselves and a few others...

Just because Hillary Clinton got caught completely lying on her disclosure and taxes does not mean Trump is like her.

    Please stop projecting.

Alright, what did Sergeant York and Audie Murphy do that McCain did not do?

True. But isn't Fox doing the same thing by limiting the voice that will be heard at the debates?

Not really the same thing as they do offer interviews, coverage, and stories about all the candidates by their news service. Allowing 10 is pretty good.

But, perhaps they should simply have debate A and debate B allowing all candidates.

It's not nearly the same as just 100% discounting a candidate like the HuffingtonPost did and pushing all information about them onto the Entertainment section. That's just way over the top and takes the HuffingtonPost out of the realm of real journalism and news.

Which POWs were those? Do you have names?

As far as HuffPo, they have over 5 Trump stories on their front page. Today.

    What's up with that?

Yea, his campaign is about over. I can't believe it even lasted this long. We will always remember July 2015 as when Trump went as far as he could go.

That "goal" would require critical thinking skills and plan. Trump has neither.
