But here's where it falls apart: because Abortions produce results that are at a glance practically indistinguishable from miscarriages, every miscarriage would have to be investigated.

 

Giving birth in secret, keeping the child in a dungeon basement and then throwing them into the incinerator would also, at a glance, produce practically indistinguishable results from miscarriages.
