In our lawsuit against Planned Parenthood, more troubling information has been revealed in the testimony of both a defendant and a Planned Parenthood abortionist.

One of the defendants was asked to read an email received from one of the investigative journalists soon after a meeting with senior Planned Parenthood officials. The email was admitted into evidence and read directly to the jury. The contents of the email regarding Planned Parenthood’s practices are particularly disturbing.

The email stated:

“‘She . . . admitted PP (Planned Parenthood) knows the potential for illegality/unethics but has a don't-ask/don't-tell policy going so far as to choose to keep NOTHING in writing about fetal tissue because it's too dangerous.’

‘If something happens, they want the affiliates to take the fall. She admitted she converts fetuses to breech position in order to extract more intact and get better tissue, but believes this is not a change of procedure that would require further consent from the patient.’

‘This is the first 4 steps of a partial-birth abortion, and she described a skewed understanding of the PBA (Partial-birth Abortion) Ban Act.’”

In other words, the witness explained, that if something happened:

“they would blame it on just the local office or the local abortion facility, rather than imply that there was any national significance to it, such as from Planned Parenthood Federation of America. So that's pretty clear.”

'I’d say a lot of people want liver,' she says in the video posted on the Center for Medical Progress’s Web site, between bites of salad. 'And for that reason, most providers will do this case under ultrasound guidance, so they’ll know where they’re putting their forceps.'

She continues: 'We’ve been very good at getting heart, lung, liver, because we know that, so I’m not gonna crush that part, I’m gonna basically crush below, I’m gonna crush above, and I’m gonna see if I can get it all intact.'"

. . . she also discusses how abortionists change their practices depending on which organs third parties want harvested, even waiting to do abortions later than they normally would if the baby has a genetic abnormality.
She discusses how clinics have to pay to incinerate the butchered babies . . . unless they can get paid to harvest and transfer the body parts to a third-party.
Nucatola admits that Planned Parenthood charges per-specimen for baby body parts, uses illegal partial-birth abortion procedures in order to get salable parts, and is aware of their own liability for doing so and takes steps to cover it up.
The footage shockingly depicts the top medical official at the Planned Parenthood corporation munching on her salad while she discusses the sale of body parts of unborn children victimized by abortions. She brazenly describes how the heads of unborn babies killed in abortions command top dollar.
