They should, they may not. You aren't just a minority, you're a "colonialist"

Reverse discrimination is usually informal and a matter of folkway rather than law, anything else would be insulting to all concerned.

You continue to be confused. The animals that change sexes in nature are doing so naturally; their bodies were constructed and equipped to allow that when necessary to fill a natural need. NO human is equipped to do so nor intended to do so. Absolutely no connection exists between transgender people and the animals that have that natural ability- and it can't be used as an example explaining what people are doing.

People who think they can change their gender with drugs and surgery are fakes, trying to make a psychotic delusion real to escape the discomfort of dealing with reality. What they want is for the rest of society to help them lie to themselves; pretend they are really something they are not. The dishonorable thing would be to help them believe that lie. That doesn't mean you harm them, but neither do you pretend that their delusion is true, or that it represents some kind of solution to problems. That would be like the old fable about the emperor's new clothes, that nobody has the guts to tell him don't exist. These people's issues have nothing to do with nature at all- it's a mental malfunction, not a natural phenomenon. Transgenders are running from themselves and doing irreparable harm to themselves, and you think we should all approve of that? Tell them it's a good idea?

And you obviously know zip about diving, or me. I was fascinated with the varieties and characteristics of ocean life, I did a great deal of study- of all forms of life there. No cleaner, more pure example of nature's principles can be found elsewhere- and for those who come to learn, it's the university of how life works. Where you dive makes a huge degree of difference as well. Fresh water diving is- boring, but even in the ocean, if one wants to see the natural state of things, you go far away from any place humans frequent- because everywhere humans go, conditions are degraded and animals either leave, hide or become defensive to us. Humans are universally seen as dangerous by all animal species who have had much contact with us. If you fail to know what you're looking at in the ocean, you can be hurt- and especially If you get involved with big animals, you damn sure better know their characteristics and how to read their moods, because just like people- they do have temperaments. I had some very good teachers, above and below the water.

Anecdotal? No. It's first hand observation from a highly trained and experienced person who has been there. I'm old now. I've had time to study and learn, and I've always lived with a passion, thus done a great many things most people have not done, and paid a lot more attention to it than most people would. I've done the same with human minds; done my best to understand how our minds work and how to read them. in others. In many ways, the ocean taught me how to do that because there are only a few principles we need to know to live well, and that's where I learned them.

I am not confused. Humans are also part of nature and part of the animal kingdom. The only difference between humans and other animals is the human ability not to act on impulses all the time. And my argument is that if it can happen with other animals in the animal kingdom, it is not too far of a stretch that humans will do the same, should they not? Second, for humans, it is not mental. Just because you don't want to believe it, it is just as much as nature as it is with animals. And with humans, a lot of it has to do with chemical balances in the brain and other genetic information. Although there is no "gay" gene, there is also no "straight" gene either.

Let me be clear, there is a huge difference between being a scuba diver and a biologist who spends years, if not decades, on the study of animals and their observations. They publish peer-reviewed papers and so forth and are accepted within the scientific community. I trust what they say, if done properly, then all of your combined experiences you can come up with. So, what you do as a diver is about 1/1000 of what a biologist does. So, yes, it is anecdotal.

As being curious about ocean life is not unique whether the person wants to go to an aquarium or scuba diving. But being curious is not the same as studying animals for a living as a biologist.

    Finally,

And if they refuse should we rightfully call them black supremacist oppressors?

And I’ll remind you it’s not “reverse discrimination” it’s simply discrimination. And it’s codified in law in this country even though the constitution explicitly declares it unconstitutional.

Agreed. They will argue that turnabout is fair play, though it's really not.

No doubt you have some citations for that.

You should seriously question your approach to analyzing anything- natural or mental. You're wrong on a serious level. Yes, we're part of the animal kingdom. That includes millions of species, most all with unique characteristics. They are NOT interchangeable like hats, you either have a characteristic or you don't. Your gender identity as a human, male or female, is a specific part of every living cell in your body. You can't alter that arbitrarily or surgically or any other way. That's just the way it is. If we could chose to become the opposite sex, it wouldn't be necessary to surgically remove or modify body parts to create the illusion of it?

If we had those kind of options, you could also choose to be taller, better looking, or grow antlers.... but you can't. You brought the gender selection capacities of some creatures up to say human gender change was somehow proven to be possible. Regardless of whatever else I may know about nature (which I'd bet is vastly beyond your knowledge) doesn't matter. It is scientifically impossible for a human being to transition from one gender to another. Imitation is not transition, it is fakery. No matter what the person changes, no matter how severely they modify themselves, they are still of their original gender masquerading as something else- meaning they are not what they pretend to be; they are faking it. Mainly- trying to fool themselves into believing they have escaped the gender that for some reason they hated. The conflict is mental, not physical.

And you- are not a biologist, not even a good layman in the subject. If you were, you wouldn't be suggesting and supporting foolish assumptions, making foolish claims that reveal how little you actually understand here. I am not a degree biologist; but I am a very experienced layman. My first serious involvement with biology was an assistant to a man doing a reptile study for his doctorate. He was also my high-school science and biology instructor. Together, we tracked and captured snakes and lizards over an entire summer, recording sex, sizes, species, habitats, behavior etc. I've had poisonous snakes crawl over my feet because I was busy catching other poisonous snakes under the same rock. My diving career took the same curiosity- close up examination, and the questions of what it was, why it was there, what it did. That's not entertainment, which is what most divers seek. That's curiosity, the desire to learn and know. Animals are much more successful than people are, so there is a great deal to learn from them. Millions of species have thrived for millions of years, huge and tiny, weak and strong, side by side- and in that world, there are none of the distortions or support systems that we humans create to keep us from killing ourselves. What's more- they don't poison their world or trash it in the process. From my first reef dive, I lived with the questions of how all that harmony could exist- what did they all know that we don't? That's why I spent an hour one day watching a colony of arrow crabs, asking that question over and over, and eventually got an answer. The ocean does not give out degrees to impress your friends- but it teaches you things that even the PhD's often don't understand. Things that you apparently don't even have a clue exists.

Tourist divers go for entertainment. If you go there and you fail to see what I see- you missed the class, learned nothing. Knowledge you can assume you have from reading books- but books don't teach understanding. They aren't the same thing.

I won't help people deceive themselves. You seem intent on doing so. That alone defines which of us is on the right side.
