You do know there are wealthy black neighborhoods right? Plenty of high end stores there. It's not race that people are afraid of or want to avoid, it's poverty and stereo types. How do whites feel if a white biker is walking down the street? Or a guy with tattoos and a mohawk? How about a black businessman? How about a black athlete?
