Just wanted to throw this question out there to see if there's any experts on prescription med plans. I'm basically looking at higher premiums for my healthcare insurance next year and a higher spend-down (but no raise at my job). I'm only on a handful of chronic meds and found some mail order plans through walgreens/cvs that offer a little savings, but I'm wondering if anyone has experience/advice on sourcing meds/supplies (like diabetic test strips) online?

If anyone's out there, I just wanted to follow up on my research. I found a really good service I ordered from recently (better than GoodRX, which came up a lot in my research) called SecureTabs. (here - if you want to check it out)

I bought a 1 month supply and ordering was easy, everything on Secure Tabs looks FDA approved (logo on the website) and prices are really cheap. So far no problems, will probably order again and probably about 5-10x cheaper than the usual drug plan from a big box retailer like walgreens/CVS.

Might want to confirm that with FDA.

As someone with a chronic condition that requires monthly prescription filling and someone who just lost coverage starting this February, I feel that I need to resort to online prescription filling to give it a try.
My PCP suggested to contact the manufacturer and ask if they offer assistance plan. I will try the manufacturer first but not feeling too hopeful.
