    Such a powerful and heart breaking story. A true story. Lucy McBath has faced immeasurable sorrow in her life. Her son Jordan was shot to death at 17.

    She asks such a powerful question because hundreds of women who have had miscarriages in America have been imprisoned for having a miscarriage.

    Yes I have known this for years but the anti choice crowd just dismisses it insisting that the “life” of the foetus is more important

    If she is carrying a DEAD fetus, then obviously she should be allowed to have it removed.

    I think the speech in this video is kind of outrageous and unrealistic. It seems like mostly a straw man.

    You can go to a Pro-Life convention and you will not find anyone there who wants to make a woman carry a dead fetus.

    The first hypothetical scenario, it would not have been the woman who would go to prison but the doctor.

    Unless the woman decided to take the pill on her own.

    Just because an abortion pill might have a valid use in the case where the woman's fetus has already died, does not mean all women should have access to it. If you take an abortion pill and your fetus has already died, how are you going to prove it was already dead before you took the abortion pill? Yes, the woman should go to jail.
    This should only be done in a supervised medical setting, or where a trusted professional has already verified that the fetus inside the woman is dead.

    Do you think you can't be charged with murder if you are caught trying to bury a recently deceased dead body? It's the same thing.

    Through all that emotion, hysterics, and estrogen, I couldn't tell whether she was really claiming that was a real experience or not, or whether they were hypotheticals.

    Yes, she's emotional....the ONLY people who ever created America or changed America were ALL emotional.

    And maybe you don't think losing a pregnancy is an emotional thing for women but it is ....just because you don't care doesn't mean no one cares..
