` ` My quick answer, is NO. For a more elaborated answer, it's still NO. While it is indeed virtuous and even logical to to repair, if possible, harm that has been done, I completely reject the entire archaic concept of collective, racial, cultural and historical guilt some people believe should exist. To me, this is totally illogical and has it's beginning in biblical OT text about the passing of sin down generation, which I also reject. There is no such human right as to expect any kind of recompense simply by the mere chance of relationships one has no control over. I will help other because I believe in universal kindness and compassion for others but NEVER because some fool is trying to lay a guilt trip on me.
