Amazon employees want time off to grieve RvW and cut off doing business with half the country.

Why do liberals always think the tail wags the dog? These people can’t handle the democratic process and are now wanting their employer use its financial muscle to intimidate and buy their own interpretation of the Constitution. These people put hair dryers in boxes and ship them out to the people who pay their salaries, they are not Supreme Court justices who were selected using a process we’ve had for a long time. But Jimmy, the guy who loads the boxes onto delivery trucks thinks he knows better.

Hopefully, Amazon leadership told them to do their damn jobs or empty their lockers and move on.

 

The employees want Amazon to contribute to bail funds, they support criminals.

 

Amazon is a private company, they can do whatever they like.

I don't see how it's good to the bottom line to abandon 26 states, but hey, that's a problem for Amazon shareholders, not I.

Hopefully Amazon will give them a permanent leave to grieve about anything for as long as they wish. The role of an employee is to contribute to the success of the employer by fulfilling the jobs for which they are paid. It is not to intimidate the management. Whenever I have been dissatisfied with an employer I have simply quit. In the end I had to become my own employer to get anywhere.

 

This is much to do about nothing. Amazon is a huge company. Their make up is representative of the rest of the US. Amazon will simply disregard what this tiny number demanded.
