    Only if our elected representatives insist on boondoggles and generational forms of theft, instead of investing in the general welfare with public policy decisions which have the effect of generating a positive multiplier.

    Check out the Vietnamese fishermen that operate their boats out of the Gulf and out of CA. Evidently no one told them the corporations take all the fish, so without knowledge they go out each day and MAKE MONEY!

    Corporate welfare in the US even covers multimillion dollar bonuses that do credit to S&P CEO wage ratios.

    In my opinion and in modern times, what objection can there be to persons of lesser wealth in "free riding" on the privileges and immunities established by even artificial persons of wealth in our republic?
