Well, well, well Muricans - explain yourselves. How come Europeans beat you even at your own sport as far as stadium/fan culture goes? :D

Watched this and felt really embarrassed over the kind of degenerate and lazified behaviour going on in the NBA-stands.

I'd love to have some of that crap on my team(76ers). Yep, I'm still rooting for my Philly peeps from Detroit. Philly represent :D. Anyway, onto the topic. NBA Fans vs the Craze that is Euroball. We Americans generally like our quiet sports. Actually, let me phrase it a little bit better: We like the adrenaline to meet the moment.

If you didn't know any better it would have been not Greece but America that hosted the Gladiators, since it's very much the same concept. You don't go all in a frenzy when the gladiators walk into the ring(okay, sometimes if it's a hyped match). No, you watch with abated anticipation and then when the gladiator goes in for the kill, BAM.

It's just like that for NBA sports fans, when we get to see an alley-oop. Or it used to be, we'd chant "Three" when they shot a three pointer, back when it was rare(or at least not 1/3rd of the shots.) If you're seeing less energy from crowds, the Warriors dominance+ a boring and bland style of basketball has really kicked in.

After the elite mid-90's/early 00 drafts, there haven't been that many studs coming into the league. And of the studs, many of them have either flamed out, joined the same team or injured(Broy/Greg Oden to mention a few. Jabari Parker(Milwaukee)
