Afghanistan is just the first of the many Trumpist fiascos we will be paying dearly for over the next century if not the next millenium and the only good thing that will come out any of them is the knowledge that they were brought on us by Republicans and will do their part to ensure that we never elect any Republican to anything ever again. 353 Americans and over 150 with Visa's trapped behind enemy lines, what has he done to get them out?

 

Prove it......prove the Taliban has agreed to clear them all to leave and have promised security to get them out and the State Department has announced the airport open to free travel by all foreigners trapped behind those enemy lines.

 

Prove they can’t get out on one of the daily commercial flights.

There is zero indication that any American is prevented from leaving the country. Commercial flights are operating from several airlines, to several destinations. The "other types of restrictions" relate to Covid.

There is no indication that the Taliban are preventing Americans from leaving if they want to. If you can find anything saying they are preventing Americans from leaving, please provide a link. I would be interested to read it.
