Should we care about due process? Do students really need a safe space? If anyone disrupts the event what should happen to them?

More ring-wing hatred of free speech which doesn't fall in jackboot lockstep with their own.

    Sad.

    Hugely sad.

    More violence from the left.

This is a daily thing now with them.

You need to figure out what free speech means.
It has nothing to do with individuals not liking what others have to say

    Violence?

    Where?

Of course, right-wing extremists commit the majority of domestic terrorism.

Did all the RW snowflakes in attendance melt?

I hate to think how some of these far-right people function IRL.

I cant speak for them all but typically they don't seek out trauma counseling services every time somebody comes to speak at an event that they aren't even required to attend.

Perhaps they should; they seem to be in a constant state of outraged panic. :)

Freedom of speech doesnt mean someone has to listen to you or give a rat's ass

Apparently freedom of speech means they must be listened to and have their little desires come true

Your free speech ends at my door; your kicking the door in and screaming at me doesn’t alter that principle. It would, however, give me the right to bloody your nose and blacken your eye.

So you're calling these students at AU trying to protect their rights, "right wing extremists"?

You seem to be struggling here; maybe if you read the thread again very slowly? :)

Read every post. My comprehension skills are superb.

Why are you implying these students at AU, who are trying to protect their 1st Amendment Rights, are right wing extremists?
