I'm pointing out the fact that in Hollywood and the music industry if you are conservative you need not apply and this is something those industries have been denying but even you see it and defend it. I do however feel it's no different from racial discrimination or more accuratelly religious discrimination that harkens back to NAZI Germany.

Just another private business operating by its own standards, just like bakeries, tow truck drivers, banquet halls, and fast food restaurants.

Conservatives have always come out in support of the private sector’s right to serve who they want and fire who they please without any justification at all. Odd to see such a massive flip flop on the rights of business owners all the sudden.

Wait - that sounds like a Facebook reason, not a ZZ Top explanation.

We're not getting the whole story here...

    ZZ Top is a "community?"

    That's Facebookspeak.

After I read what he posted on FB, he deserves to be canned on general principles (just for being a Major Tool).

When did I say zz top should be forced to rehire him? I'm merely pointing out that conservatives need not apply in this industry. Interesting that you and other leftist in this thread have no problem admitting that.

Are you really confused or just pretending to be? He was kicked off the tour because of his Facebook post which "did not meet community standards"

My guess is that he has a history of being a Tool, and this was the last straw for the Toppers.

People DO get fired for outrageous social media postings - I know someone that this happened to.

The idea that he got banned/fired for that one sandwich post?

    Not buying it.

You may not understand what was written; the issue was hypocrisy, not the underlying justifications for the behaviors in question.

    Yeah.

It was obvious that he was trying to get some "likes" from the RW Fever Swamp by posting anti-LW inflammatory content.

    What a tool.:smfh:

First of all, the only thing I admitted was that conservatives are supposed to support this kind of action from business owners.

    Secondly, paranoid much?
