Will the constant focus on race have an effect on children? Is social-justice intersectionality like a religion? Please read the whole thing at the link:
This is the messy fallout you get when you go down a path of enslaving millions of people. People in the Balkans have grievances that go back a thousand years. People have long memories. The effects of slavery, and then treating blacks as second-class citizens all the way up to the 1960's, will be with us for a LONG time.
12 years to the point of no-return. Nobody said we'll all be dead in 12 years. But did you want to talk about the OP or make snarky comments about climate change?
AOC said that the world will come to an end in 12 years because of climate change: “I think the part of it that is generational is that millennials and people, in Gen Z, and all these folks that come after us are looking up and we’re like, the world is gonna end in 12 years if we don’t address climate change" the world is gonna end in 12 years seems pretty much final to me... So if the world is going to end what difference does "The effects of slavery, and then treating blacks as second-class citizens all the way up to the 1960's, will be with us for a LONG time." make...
Time to tell the truth about world history and state that over the past 5000 plus years almost everyone's ancestors were slaves to someone else's ancestors, AND that there still are slaves being bought and sold in parts of the world. Times change, what is socially acceptable changes and its time to move on. Remember the past so as NOT to take the bad parts into the future. Course if one is an AOC follower we're dead in less than 12 years so the hell with it...
The focus on race is just a way to distinguish between us and them. It's either race or tribe or religion or region or army, or anything really. Hell, it could be left handed vs right handed. Whatever it is, there's going to be a way to distinguish between my team and your team so everybody knows who to aim at.
