The moral is always the chosen and never the forced. A person's own life and happiness is the ultimate good. The only scenario in which a woman choosing abortion would be wrong is if she does not want to have it.

Fetuses are not persons and thus have no rights which means they are not protected from the initation of force. Animals are not either.

How is she imposing them and on whom?

    I prefer objective morality.

By that are you referring to Ayn Rand's theory, or some sort of morality that is actually objective?

I am indeed referring to Ms.Rand's code of ethics.

You should read her. Brilliant woman. :)

Hers was a philosophy of selfishness.

The idea of duty, obligation, two people sharing a body, would have threatened her idea of absolute individualism.

The huge irony here, of course, is that the great majority of those who are on the pro-choice side of abortion have views very different from Ayn Rand, when it comes to most other political matters.

I think she was mostly just a reactionary against Communism, so her philosophy was not really a morally complete theory.

Everything in her theories was there to fit against the collectivist ideas of Communism.

That is a very poor take, but we are not in this thread to discuss Objectivism, so I will choose not to comment on this in order not to derail the conversation.

How about if we just give the woman what she didn't give her fetus: LIFE

How illogical, a real emotional response...

And why? Just so Anti-Choicers can be happy and wet their pants over "Women Being Punished" ....their main goal ??

Why do you want a ZEF to have more rights than any born person??
