I recently read an article that dividend stocks appear better than they are, the reason being that they don"t go up in price as much as other stocks. I own a couple of these high dividend stocks and dont really care whether they rise in price. I just want the income. What am I missing?
Because it's past tense/sold? Sold at a better price? I think if you're missing anything, it's the income, it should come into your bank account though after you pay any dividends tax.
