btw I just bet anything your one of those bandwagon Green bay fans that are present everywhere in the country.I so much hate that team.I now hate them as much as the cowboys which i have always hated since i was little.

The reason i hate green bay as much as the cowboys now is again i live here in the midwest so it would be understandable if i saw a lot of Bears fans around town here but I dont.everywhere I go all i see is packer fans everywhere so i hate them with a passion because they are obviously bandwagon packer fans.where the hell were all these packer fans i NEVER saw during the 70's and 80's when they were so horrible?

freaking bandwagon packer fans everywhere, would like to blow up that stadium.

As a Steeler fan who moved to LA when I was 10 years old, I would love to see the Rams move back. All of the sports minded kids who I grew up with were huge Ram fans and were heartbroken when they left. It will be great for LA to have a pro football team and the Rams with their deep roots here would be ideal. Bring 'em back!

Oh yeah they are so football starved ESPECIALLY to have the Rams back, that sellouts at Ram games will be no problem at all once they come back.people will be so happy to have them back, they wont care if they go 13 years with non winning seasons like they have in st louis, they will still pack them in. they will just be happy to finally have them back they could care less about them winning.

thats how i feel as well.I dont care how bad they will be,i will watch all their games because I will just be happy that they are FINALLY back where they belong.

I was so happy that LA wasnt awarded an expansion team in the early 2000's and awarded it to Houston instead.I wanted it to be the RAMS in LA and nobody else.

Thats how many RAM fans i know of felt as well that I have talked to,they didnt want just any expansion team, they want the RAMS back and nobody else same as me.

maybe YOU can save me a seat for a couple of games out there next year.

Fortunately dean spanos of the chargers doesnt have the deep pockets that Kroneke has to make the move to LA without the NFL's blessing. the NFL would be a bunch of idiots if they allowed them to move because they have a ZERO fanbase there in LA.

the raiders have a limited fanbase there but nothing near as big as the Rams.the LA times did a poll and so did ESPN on what team fans would want to see back and in BOTH polls, the RAMS easily had the lead both in LA AND across the country. the Rams came in with 60% of the votes, the raiders with 35% and the chargers with a lame 5%.:roflol:

The Raiders will never come back to LA because the only people that can sponsor them that have the deep pockets to do so are the corporations and they dont want them because the raider image promotes gang violence.the only people in LA that want them for the most part are thugs and they dont have the money to sponsor them.lol

your wrong about LA having fan apathy though for a football team.at least not when it concerns the Rams. They were supported well out there and never wanted them to leave. The Raiders would have apathy from football fans so would the chargers but not the Rams because of their history and tradition there.

If thats true about the NFL only letting a team move to LA then thats great news that the Raiders will be staying.where did you hear that by chance? that cant right be because as you just said, the Bills were in danger for a time to be moving to Canada.

as far as the stadium situation goes, both the rose bowl and the LA coliseum have said they can host ONE team there for the two years that Inglewood is using to build the stadium.that one team will obviously be the Rams.

I dont think you are correct about Spanos wanting to keep the Chargers in san diego though.Everything from what I been hearing is that the city has made a more than fair offer to keep the chargers there but they arent listening to them.I hope you are right but thats not what I been hearing though.Man I had no idea the Hawks once played in st louis.wow you learn something new everyday.

You are partially correct here that the Rams were not getting the 62,000 in attendance out there. The majority of the time there, the Rams did very well packing them in. for instance, the year the Raiders won a superbowl out there in LA,they only drew a measly crowd of just a little over 45,000 for their home opener that year.:roflol: The OAKLAND Raiders might have won a superbowl out there in LA but nobody cared.Thats why nobody would show up for Raider games if they came back cause traiter Al gave them the middle finger taking them out of LA back to oakland after they won the superbowl out there so nobody in LA wants themback other than thugs.

The Rams on the other hand? for them though that same year they drew over 65,000 for the home opener which was itself an impressive feat since like you said, they were playing in a BASEBALL stadium.that place was a dump.

If you watch this video, you will see for yourself that is incorrect though that the Rams had problems in attendance out there in LA.watch this video and you will see a packed house in a game against the eagles from the early 90's. pay special attention to it especially after the one minute mark because you see that the ENTIRE UPPER DECK is full as well.the proof is in the pudding.lol

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8iepQ6vAipA

your thinking of the early 90's.Now that was when they DID have problems with attendance and that is because as i said before, the fans got disgusted with the b!tch owner because she purposely sabotoged the team getting rid of eric dickerson and many great players, she got what she wanted, the fans got so pissed at her for getting rid of all their great players they stopped showing up for games because they hated her so much and didnt want to give her a dime of their money, can you blame them?

she was brilliant.she used that excuse of the fans not showing up for games so she could justify the move to st louis since she was a showgirl from there who grew up in that city.she murdered her husband so she could get control of the team to move them to st louis.she was an evil woman who is burning in hell right now as we speak.

the stank louis football fans will become chiefs fans next year.:roflol:

They so much dont care about football at all out there. When the cardinals came to kc a few weeks ago to play the royals,i asked about 30 cardinal fans i saw how they felt about the Rams going back to LA next year and the majority just shrugged their shoulders and said-I dont care, they can have them.only about five or so said something like-Not good or no comment.lol
thats why they have had a 20% dropoff in season ticket renewels this year.:roflol:

you go to a game out there and the majority of the fans that DO show up are always from the opposing team.:roflol:

what was REALLY shocking to me more than anything though was some of the cardinal fans i asked on how they felt about the Rams leaving next year said-Oh I dont care,Im a chiefs fan or I dont care Im a cowboys fan.:roflol: saint louis sports fans do not care about their hometeam one bit at all.hee hee.comedy gold.

you mentioned earlier how walter o malley is the most hated man in brooklyn. The dodgers never should have been allowed to leave there considering their long history and tradition they had there but the fans pretty much brought it on themselves because they all turned to the yankees and stopped going out to games to support them because they got tired of them losing to the yankees all the time and wanted to cheer on a world series WINNER.

too many bandwagon fans in america. thats the problem.Like the packer fans here in kc that ONLY decided to become packer fans just because they won a superbowl out there and have been good for so long.

its a screwed up world that teams are allowed to leave their cities like that.its a totally screwed up world that there isnt some kind of law that prevents teams from leaving just because they dont get a new stadium deal.

I wish we lived in a star trek world where captain kirk always said-Beam Me Up scotty.this world is so screwed up it would be nice to be able to just leave it and go to another planet where the world isnt screwed up like this one is.

What is it with St. Louis that everybody wants to leave?

Are the good citizens of LA willing to be left with couple hundred million dollar tab for the new stadium? No matter what they say now, the bill is going to be yours.

actually no public tax dollars are being used to fund the stadium in LA.they arent stupid like stank louis people who were so desperate for a team 20 years ago they signed a deal with the devil that allowed them to move to another city if the stadium wasnt in the top third tier of all stadiums around the country. Its not,the stadium is a dump.If you watch a game out there, you'll notice its the most poorly lit stadium in the country.:roflol:

people in st louis are trying to make Kroneke look like the bad guy because THEY did not live up to their end of the deal in the contract that was signed 20 years ago when they moved them there. The contract they signed with the stadium specifically stated that if the city did not keep the stadium in the top third tier of all stadiums in the country "which they have not" then they were free to leave if they wanted to.

the city if they so badly wanted them to stay, should have lived up their end of the deal and made stadium improvements like the contract called for, they did NOT Live up to their end of the bargain agreement and now they are trying to make it look like Kroneke is the bad guy for THEIR incompetence.:roflol:

I believe that was supposed to have been the deal with Chase (formerly BankOne) ballpark in Phoenix. Then the Diamondbacks were unable to pay off the construction bonds and had to be bailed out by the city (taxpayers). I believe those things are planned.

We're a small TV market compared to the coasts, plus we're a baseball city with a small but devoted hockey fan base.. St. Louisans won't support an NBA team and barely support an NFL team. They are trying to bring in a professional soccer team and I'm more excited about that than an NFL team. I will be the first to wave good-bye to the Rams, Kronke and the NFL....only FIFA is more greedy. Use the money that would go into a stadium and improve the city's infra-structure...leave pro football to the convicted felons and greedy owners.

I agree, definitely takes something away from the game itself.
So does spying, lying and cheating teams.

Kroenke is the bad guy. He inherited vast sums of wealth by marrying into the Sam Walton fortune...he does not care about Los Angeles as a city, he cares about profit...he will leave LA high and dry after putting a mediocre team on the field for a decade or so. You will be left with an expensive white elephant of a stadium. Do sing his praises...St. Louls figured out Kroenke a long time ago; he has no interest in civic investment or civic pride. We'll see how you feel when the LA Rams go 5 - 11 for a few seasons. People will stop caring about the NFL like they did with the LA Rams and Raiders.

I personally could careless about the NFL and the wolfpack group of owners who will abandon a market faster than a speeding bullet if the loss of revenue is involved. I'd rather see funds invested into a city's crumbling sewage & water lines roads and bridges...than invest multi-millions in a venue that is used 10 times a year counting pre-season games. Businesses are leaving downtown St. Louis in droves..Yippee! We've got an NFL team...who cares. What will bring a city back from the brink of Detroit like collapse is not a sports team and stadium.

Wave goodbye to a bunch of jobs as well, as if SL needed anymore of that.

speaking of SL, it looks like the Cards might be in a world of trouble.

Jobs are leaving with the Rams, if they used the money they would spend on Kroenke's stadium extortion for infrastructure instead, there would still be jobs.
Did the Lions save Detroit? It's a myth that a professional sports team can revitalize a city, what can revitalizes a city is building an environment that would attract a sports team to want to move here. St. Louis was so desperate for an NFL team after the Cardinals left they appeased the big money NFL. Since we've had the Rams there has been zeio population growth in the city and net loss of jobs. I fail to see how letting them go will make matters worse. A mediocre organization like the Rams will not flourish any better in Los Angeles and they will tire of them also. Hey if LA wants them, good luck.

See this is what me and Stan have been saying all along here.NOBODY in st louis cares if the Rams leave.:roflol: where in oakland and san diego, the fans are up in arms outraged at the prospect of their teams leaving their cities.

the Rams have had a 20% dropoff in season ticket sales, the chargers have had over 4000 new season ticket buyers for this season and the raiders, they havent had an increase in them but the most important thing is that they also havent had a decrease in season ticket sales though. the Rams are the logical one to move especially with the fanbase and history and tradition there.

Both the LA TIMES and ESPN did polls asking fans who they most wanted for their team and both polls mostly favored the Rams.

The Rams came in with 60% of the votes.Raiders with 35% and the Chargers, the only one of the team the NFL would allow between the Raiders and Chargers to move to LA,they came in at a measly 5% of the votes.lol the chargers have a ZERO fanbase in LA so the league needs to stop this nonsense talk of having two teams there or they will blow it.

the owners are sore at the Davis family because of traiter Al suing the NFL to move them there so Davis wont get the votes to move them there.PLUS none of the businesses in LA want the Raiders there either because of the gang image they promote so none of the corporations will sponsor them either.its only mostly thugs that want them back and they dont have the big bucks to sponsor them.hee hee.

that only leaves the Chargers which wont work either since they have no fans there in LA.lol

Only logical choice that works and makes sense is to have the Rams and only the Rams but this is the NFL and they are too stupid to understand any of this.

A sports team isn't going to turn a (*)(*)(*)(*) hole like SL into Beverly Hills, but there are a several hundred jobs, if not more, tied to that team along with millions in revenue brought into the downtown area. Gone. Things can always be worse. Ask the business owners making shirts, selling food and drinks, and a slew of other merchandise around that stadium if things can't get worse.
