every country approved the vaccine at about the same time, do you really think Trump did anything any other President would not of

Biden will be approving the Pfizer pill soon, does he get credit for approving that fast too, no other President would of done it?

I don't think any insurance covers hospitalization of healthy people.

You are funny, But your joke is only funny once. After that it's just nonsense.

Biden is on a path to surpass the Trump deaths per day which should not shock you at all.

    https://www.usatoday.com/story/news...n-mask-mandates-pandemic-colleges/6380501001/

Trump all in all, when no vaccine was available numbered under 400,000 deaths.
Biden with the Trump vaccines is up to 359,000 and going up, not down.

Yes I do..... Biden is not bright enough to do it.

Sorry, I assumed you knew we were discussing those infected with Covid. The risk for healthy people being hospitalized or dying from COVID is less than 1%.

The reason you have been avoiding that fact is because it does not justify the excessive abuse of power you support. Your position is on the wrong side of science. Forcing vaccinations denies scientists the ability to study the Covid resistant and develop a more effective vaccine that can actually prevent people from catching it.

Trump is directly responsible, due to sheer incompetence, for somewhere between 40% to 60% of ALL deaths that have occurred and WILL occur in this country since the beginning and until the end of this pandemic. The exact number is yet to be determined. But it's pretty safe to say it will fall in that range. NOBODY will surpass that record.

But since the number of deaths has been falling steadily since January, the question is, to Republicans who believe that the vaccine doesn't work, WHY is that happening. Is it simply the fact that Trump is no longer in power?

If you believe that vaccines work, the question is not for you. If you believe they don't, then it is. Simple as that.

Couldn't care less. And YOU haven't answered the question this thread asks.

Actually you did, but then you denied you did. Which tells a lot about how disconcerted right wingers are as to how to confront the contradictory narrative that they are required to push.

Please provide support for your... statement... regarding who is responsible for the deaths.

I'm not a Republican, but the answers are rather obvious. A portion of the people have been exposed, and have developed natural immunity to COVID. Another portion of people have taken additional measures to protect and increase their immune systems, and possible were exposed and developed an immunity.. Another portion of people have received an injection that reduces the the symptoms of COVID and did not require medical attention. Note, this does not mean they did not have COVID, just that they did not require medical attention.

Trump had in Government the best at the job you propose falls on Trump. A president can't cause a dangerous virus and you do understand that since you keep exonerating Biden from all of his duties.
Trump was lied to by the Communists in China. Blaming Trump is like blaming the pretty female for her beauty causing her to be raped.

Biden is losing to the disease at a faster rate than Trump did. So why is feeble Biden in trouble for his failures?

None of the people alleging Republicans won't get vaccinated show any proof. They clearly know that when getting the vaccine, nobody asks us what party we vote for. So there is no way to determine party and vaccines.

Make up your mind..... Either I did or did...please refresh my memory and I'll see if I can rectify the situation.

You don't have the numbers because there is no way to track those cases... Covid affects each individual differently....they don't have clue how many Americans have had Covid..... because if vaccinated or unvaccinated folks have the sniffles and a headache they throw some Tylenol down their throats, put their boots on and go on to work...can you say "natural immunity" and the vaccine does them no good...

You did, but then you denied that you did.

No matter. Your resistance to express a clear answer proves my point better than if you actually HAD answered clearly.

You attack "The Lancet" just to deny FACTS? The Lancet is one of the oldest peer-reviewed publications in existence. The Lancet being politically biased would throw down the drain almost 200 years of scientific achievements.

You have declared yourself a lost cause.

    Thanks for playing...

Once again you claim without proof or justification.... And as I will predict from your pattern of posting....
You will repeat the claim over and over without proof or justification.... This game gets old.

Did you even read what you linked to????

You don't like the answer, so you run away.

Yes, all this drivel is medical information.... not. If that is what the Lancet has to offer, it resembles TP.

    This from the CDC:

    https://news.yahoo.com/cdc-shifts-pandemic-goals-away-130028307.html?fr=sycsrp_catchall

Vaccines have been quite effective at preventing cases of COVID-19 that lead to severe illness and death, but none has proved reliable at blocking transmission of the virus, Jones noted.

The result is that even if vaccination were universal, the coronavirus would probably continue to spread.

Did you have a point? If people don't end up in the hospital or dead, who gives a crap if the virus spreads! That would mean the vaccines work. Period!

You must give a crap. You asked the question specifically about infections in the OP. Your part of the OP thread title dealing with death was in parentheses, therefore of secondary importance to you.

Now that you are surprised to learn the vaccines are not particularly effective at preventing infections you suddenly don’t give a crap.

If you had done some research ahead of creating the thread…never mind. We know that’s never going to happen….

The point is since vaccinated people spread the virus then there are no needs for vaccine mandates or passports because they will not stop the spread of the virus because vaccinated people spread it too. So, that means individuals themselves should be able to make the choice of whether they want to risk the vaccine or the shot. It's not a question of the unvaccinated spreading the virus because the vaccinated also spread the virus. And, people should not be fired from their jobs for refusing vaccines because both the unvaccinated and the vaccinated spread the virus.

Except that vaxxed people are much less likely to be infected to begin with, and much less likely to be hospitalized or die. Your argument just isn't support by facts.

No! I asked what has caused the number of infections (deaths) to drop since January, when Trump left power. And, specifically, I ask this to people who claim it wasn't the vaccines.

    Focus!

    Now... what is YOUR answer?

Deadly Delta variant outbreak impacts residents, staff at Canaan nursing home

63 people, a mix of residents and staff, came down with COVID-19 in the facility, just weeks before booster shots were about to be administered.

CEO Kevin O’Connell told FOX61 it was almost as if a switch went off because for 18 months, Geer Village largely kept the virus at bay.

“Nothing that spread as quickly as this did," O'Connell said. “They are suffering. It’s not mild, that's for sure."

Of the 63 people who caught COVID-19, 49 are residents and 14 are staff. All of them are vaccinated.

    https://www.fox61.com/article/news/...reak/520-58311dea-9ff6-456b-b374-412a3046eb82

    Update:

CANAAN, Conn. — Eight residents of a nursing home in Connecticut have died during a coronavirus outbreak, while 89 residents and employees have tested positive for the disease.

That's according to officials at the Geer Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Canaan. The outbreak began Sept. 30.

Nursing home officials said Friday that the eight residents who died had serious health problems. Those who tested positive included 67 residents and 22 staff members.
