Such is simply too bad. There is no constitutional right to not be shot. There is no constitutional right to not be killed by your fellow citizens, be the killing either rightly or wrongly. The legally binding precedent has been set, twice already, firearms cannot be prohibited from private ownership simply because criminals use them. Suck it up and move on.

explain, i need a good laugh. and that means the constitution as it is written-not the one that has gay rights and abortion rights as enumerated rights, or that income redistribution is part of Article One, Section 8 but does not recognize the RKBA or the right of assembly or the Tenth amendment

If you don't have the ability to argue against what I wrote, why not just say that rather than posting nonsense like the above. of course you ignore it-you don't have a valid response

What business does one have in being on a boat when they cannot even afford to keep a full set of cups in their kitchen cabinet?

A Supreme court Justice willing to prioritize ANYTHING over the Constitution has no place as a Justice. Whatever one's position on guns or gun control, the 2nd Amendment stands as written, and the court has ruled it protects an individual right to be armed. Sooner or later the courts will have a case that will enable them to use strict scrutiny, and laws like so-called "assault" weapons bans will be overturned.

    In my case you are.

Of course, where I live the law enforcement officers would refuse any Federal order to confiscate privately held firearms, would warn their friends and neighbors that such an order was being implemented, and any Federal agents trying to implement such an order would face mass disobedience and violent reprisals.

A Federal agent who points a weapon at me for doing nothing more than exercising my Constitutional rights would find himself with a fight on his hands against a very highly-trained and experienced opponent.

Why is it that the Antis always assume someone else with guns, those in LE, will break their oaths to protect the Constitution, to also break the 4th A to confiscate Guns from the otherwise law abiding? It’s always somebody else’s responsibility.
Interesting, a huge number of LE have indicated they’d not enforce such unconstitutional law.
