How so? Again, you keep making specious conclusions without telling me how you get there.

Again, how so when I never even mentioned the incident? I was talking about police misconduct. Did his buddy's or someone with the investigation, put his prints on the gun? I don't know, it's not my theory. But it's certainly possible as other documented police misconduct incidents show.

He's not guilty of murder, he wasn't convicted of murder, nor do I believe he wanted to "kill me some ni**er today". But that again has nothing to do with my point. I've answered your question, you have yet to answer any of mine, including the first three conclusions you made about me. And for some reason I can't understand, continue to make these wild conclusions, without explaining how you get there. It's actually funny, because you keep coming to new conclusions, trying to answer how you came to the previous conclusions. It's quite an interesting train of thought.

Why is the possibility apparently so ridiculous, when we have video incidents of police planting and/or tampering with key evidence? Do you deny (assuming you've seen the videos), that a cop planting drugs and then "discovering" them is misconduct? Is shooting a suspect in the back and tampering with evidence, by picking it up and placing it next to him misconduct?

Maybe you don't see them as police misconduct. Perhaps that is the disconnect. Correct me if I am wrong.

I'll get back to you later. It's Friday night. I find this to be an interesting discussion....

No, I haven't seen those videos. When all you do is give examples of police misconduct, you give the impression of believing that there is nothing but police misconduct. Sort of like the only tool you have is a hammer so every problem looks like a nail. Many people today believe only what suits their agends. I got the impression you were one of those.

It reminded me of Obama calling the police "stupid" without knowing anything about what happened. He had an angry hard-on about cops and you sounded the same way.

I doubt any other objective person on this forum would take away the same thing from my initial comment that you did, nor would they come to this latest fallacious conclusion, unless that is what they wanted to see. I don't know how a possibility, becomes an absolute in your mind, unless you have your own mind made up about certain people. Considering we haven't interacted before, that is a troubling thing to see, in action.

So it is apparent, that you are seeing what you want to see and not what you're reading based on preconceptions. Nothing I said in four sentences, conveyed any information to the numerous specious conclusions you came to (unless you were looking for it), and I didn't insult you personally. Furthermore, there have been instances on this forum, where I have agreed with what police did during a "questionable" incident. My history is available for your perusal. My post history (I believe at least), demonstrates that I am a staunch independent. This would be supported by my entire voting history (if it were directly available for public consumption).

Reminds me of my boss yelling to his supervisor that I told him no, when he asked me to do something, when I only asked him if he was going to take responsibility for the action if it went wrong. I advised against it, he still wanted it done. In my position it was my right to ask him for documented direction to go against what I advised. All he heard was "no", because that's what he wanted to hear.

Well, you still haven't answered any of my questions (nor do I believe you will), so I will leave it at this. You can see the videos for yourself, if you are inclined to see something outside of your current worldview. If not, so be it.

    Another one....

    https://newsone.com/3087419/cops-caught-tape-police-misconduct/

The first one occurs when a cop confronts an old man using a golf club as a cane. She later says that he swings the club at her as a weapon.

    http://www.nydailynews.com/news/nat...military-vet-golf-club-cane-article-1.2096316

Her own dashcam video shows, that she lied. Further, she was quoted on facebook, posting "I am tired of black people's paranoia that white people are out to get them." Ironic considering the incident and what you conclude, I feel about the Wilson shooting.

One last incident, for your perusal.

    http://www.msnbc.com/msnbc/teen-coma-after-cop-tasing-fbi-investigating

A teen was stopped. He was tazed into unconsciousness and then dropped on his head, necessitating that he be put into a coma. The irony, it was another cop's son.

It's obvious that you are not going to explain how you came to numerous specious conclusions about me. I am not even sure you can without admitting things, you don't want to admit. But I'll give you a safe one. Three of these have had their incidents officially reviewed and punishment dispensed. I am still waiting for an answer to the last few questions, in my last post.

I find it interesting that you go to such a huge effort to avoid one simple question. Do you believe that officer Wilson is guilty of murder and deliberately shooting Brown in the back inspite of an autopsy that says he did not and five black witnesses that said that it was self defense? Just answer that question.

You seem obsessive about proving that cops are capable of bad behavior. What makes you think that I don't know that? I am well aware of human nature. During our move to 'shall issue' carry permits here in Illinois, I did a great deal of research into how it went in other states. It became obvious that the Liberals that run the state here would lie about the subject every time they opened their mouths and I found out that, generally, civilian holders of a carry permit have a lower crime rate than the police.

I have no delusions about how well sworn police officers do their jobs. It is your answer to my opening question that will tell me what I want to know about you. Right now, I think you are a mindless Liberal and hate cops because someone told you to. Feel free to correct my impression on that matter.

    I did, read #51.

Well, I have asked you twice now if those incidents I cited were misconduct and you have yet to answer.

Already did. Are you actually reading any of these replies or are you just responding to what you think you hear?

He's not guilty of murder, he wasn't convicted of murder, nor do I believe he wanted to "kill me some ni**er today".

This is hardly a positive statement of your pinion. You should have had a period after "He's not guilty of murder," instead of a comma. And, the quote at the end is just you not agreeing with one extremist opinion. Do you believe it was self defense? Yes or no?

Also, when you lead off with nothing but examples of police misconduct, you give the impression that you only see police misconduct.

When Liberals pull a commentator off a game because his name is Robert Lee and they think there will be some sort of backlash or violence because this Chinese guy has near the same name as Confederate General Robert E. Lee, then it becomes official that Liberals are totally insane. Are you one of them?

Now you are playing with semantics? I used a comma instead of a period? Resorting to "grammando tactics?:roflol: What's next, Godwin's Law will be fulfilled????

You asked me, if was he guilty of police misconduct to the point of murder. I answered that question, plainly and clearly.

I answered your question. You have answered none of mine. If you want to start answering my questions, we can continue, otherwise I guess you get the last word.

As Rush Limbaugh says, "Words mean things."

So does punctuation. You have answered my question.

Tell that to the media, they are the ones who call attention to skin color anytime the person shot happens to be black, and the person doing the shooting is a cop, white, Mexican labeled white.

Key part of this post is that you complied. You would not be here if you didn't. Your skin color is irrelevant.
