We dont have any ocean temperature data , the first one was a British ship back in the 1880s who took a few readings , then subs in WWII then Argo in the late 1990s

Here in Bama we are getting droughts more frequently and since we share water with 3 States and the city of Atlanta water becomes a problem. But one solution is in the water bills. If I keep my water usage... that is the water going through my meter under 2000 gallons a month my water bill is 0.00 dollars. I collect rainwater all winter and pump it into 2 swimming pools and two cement ponds. My water bill has been 0.00 dollars for months now. If they could do the same thing with electricity power usage would go down. Or at least give a momentary reward for keeping power usage down. Make the ones using the most power pay for it. I wonder how much electricity or coal or it takes to make brick or manufacture glass. Instead they get cheaper rates than homeowners.
