Well long before the final votes from the mid term election are finally tabulated, campaigning for the 2020 election will begin.

Too soon, me thinks. More like spring of '19. But maybe things are different this time?

Tonight's Senate voting numbers forecast a great but early outlook for President Trump's next election.

So you're saying I should ignore millions of ballots in favor of a poll with a sampling size of a few hundred?

Your millions of ballots do not validate him. He lost the popular vote

Hillary won the governorship of California and New York. Congratulations to her. She should drink another box of cheap New Zealand Chardonnay to celebrate her big victory there.

The bellwether for the 2020 elections was yesterday's Senate races! And who picked up seats?

WEIRD THAT FEMINISTS AREN’T MORE EXCITED ABOUT TENNESSEE’S FIRST WOMAN SENATOR:

Marsha Blackburn wins Tennessee’s US Senate race: 4 takeaways on her historic victory.

Tennessee Democrats fielded their best candidates for governor and U.S. Senate in a dozen years. And what did they get in return?

A blowout loss by nearly 20 percentage points in the race for governor and a not-quite-as-bad loss of around 10 points for U.S. Senate.

Not even Bredesen, the last Democrat to have any statewide office in Tennessee, could turn around the party’s statewide fortunes, particularly in rural counties.

Bredesen won many of these rural counties, particularly in Middle and West Tennessee, during his 2002 victory over Republican Van Hilleary. He won all of the state’s 95 counties in his 2006 re-election.

And yet this time, when it came to Bredesen’s race for U.S. Senate, Blackburn won many of these same counties with more than 70 percent of the vote.

Bredesen was leading until Dianne Feinstein’s late hit set off the Kavanaugh craziness. Kavanaugh also probably cost Donnelly, Heitkamp, and Nelson their seats. Without that from Feinstein, the Dems might have taken the Senate.

This will lead to yet another Taylor Swift song about a man disappointing her.

She handed us the majority we needed to seat Amy Barrett if a Scotus seat opens up, and we made the gains needed to protect the Senate through 2020 election.

That may be. But the Democrats have to run someone who can win the swing states that Trump won in 2020. If they run an extremist like Warren...they can kiss those rural votes goodbye.

Remember...this is about Electoral Votes in 2020...just like every election. The Democrats forgot that notion last Presidential election.

I woke up this morning quite content and happy; I think by winning the House, the Dems have all but sealed Trump's re-election in 2020. I hope they do what they said they'll do and investigate to their hearts content while opposing trump's agenda. I hope they do just that.

LMAO - Can you even imagine Warren campaigning in the benighted regions of flyover country?

I bet the Nottoway Indians couldn't get Fauxcahontas to campaign in our neck of the woods...:roflol:

Warren is from Kansas or one of those other flyover states...However, I do not think she will be the nominee. Maybe Sherrod Brown or someone a little less annoying.
