So in your opinion a foreign minister should not be anti any nation? So in your opinion our foreign minister should be pro North Korea, etc etc. Wouldn't want him/her to be "an 'anti' nation foreign minister" would we?

How long have the Jews and Arabs been fighting over that patch of dirt, and there still has been no reasonable concessions or compromises from either side. We get a few months peace, and one of them say's the other started a fight, and the whole thing starts all over again.

Lets face facts, this is going to continue forever. Maybe its time for the world to step aside, and let them fight it out and the winner takes it all. This fight is between the Arabs and the Jews over a patch of dirt - let them fight it out once and for all.

Brandis should keep his mouth shut and leave foreign policy to DFAT. I'm sure Israel "disputes" that the land is "occupied", and I'm sure that the Palestinians "dispute" that it's "disputed" that it's "occupied", WHATEVER! The whole conflict is ridiculous and the fact that they can't compromise towards a peaceful solution is utterly pathetic. There's no reason for Australia to go out on a limb and risk trade with Arab nations over this "wording" which achieves absolutely NOTHING in terms of resolving the conflict. Brandis seems to have an awful case of verbal diarrhea. First all the Racial discrimination stuff, and now Israel v Palestine. For god's sake, stop prodding these fires with your stupid opinions Brandis. All this did was bring on another wave of Aboriginal vs White people nonsense in the media. Seriously, just stop beating that drum and eventually people will forget that they're supposed to hate each other. I despair for humanity sometimes.

Considering the Jews own the banking system, I'm not surprised in the least that Australian politicians have tucked their tails between their legs like a pack of mongrel dogs and taken the side of the Jews over the Arabs.

These mongrel politicians would sell their families into prostitution, if they thought it would score them a few points, or earn them a few extra bucks.

Its the two crab syndrome: two crabs fighting over one grain of sand on an entire beach. :roflol:

Humanity doesn't have the current intellect to engage or respect another civilisation, because its doesn't engage or respect its own. I hate to say this, but maybe another species could do better than humanity, because the only thing humanity wants to do is to destroy and kill each other over resources, and no other species on the planet does that.

Of course other species kill each other over resources, most predators fight over hunting territory, heck even possums fight over territory. They just do it for more sensible reasons than humans, food, water, and sex. But then that's probably what most human conflict boils down to in the end anyway.

    No
Nothing surprises me with the ultra right Australian Liberal Party, led by T. Abbott....

More fighter planes, another war memorial, no intake of refugees, reinstalling Dames and Knights,
no free education any more, the list goes on.....

    Regards

Has there ever been a time in human history when Jews have not been or caused a problem? They were expelled from nearly every country in Europe during the middle ages - why? LOL

Today they continue to cause constant trouble an problems. Then they get everyone to feel sorry for them when they are the trouble makers & aggressors. :roflol:

Your getting it, good man. Despite the spread of the diseased Union culture into our government through the ALP, it is actually best practise of foreign affairs to be genuinely constructive. It's called diplomacy, the real stuff, not the KRudd style of acting the fool for laughs or BCarr style of being a snotty fool. Proper diplomacy is even more important when the nation is like North Korea, and criticism of any nation should only be done to express grave warning for future escalation. Only an idiotioyic ignorant fool would act in the role of Foreign Minister and think that backing any side in a disaster like Palestine is going to help in anyway as its ongoing and its moments of peace are delicately held.

So you agree that the government is wrong to be seen taking sides in this conflict?

What is your problem with maintaining our military forces? You think we shouldn't have war memorials?

Where do you get this rubbish from? Australia takes in many thousands of refugees every year.

    So?

When did we have free education?

To an extent, though diplomacy exists in an environment of many nation's and relationships are complex. Which goes to the point, personal opinions should exist outside of the policy. If BCarr decided to hate Israel then he should not go on spouting about it while in the role of Foreign Minister.

Why keep blaming Abbott for the ALP's decision, dont you like when Rudds eggs come home to roost!!! LOL, dont be sour about it and make furphys.

That was a project committed to under the ALP. Howard signed onto the option to buy so we could get industry involvement locally, but it was the ALP that decided on that jet to replace the 81WG ACG capability and that required a number to be bought. Abbott is just sticking to the decision made my the ALP.
