I spoke this AM to Ed Schuck, a lifetime friend of mine about his dragster. Ed is getting his car ready for a race coming up in 2 weeks. I want you to see the car at one of the races. Ed says his best Elapsed Time thus far is 6.60 in the 1/4 mile with the speed being 203. I plan to visit with Ed next Saturday. Ed's son Craig drives the car and also works on it. This engine is tiny. 123 cubic inches is really small. He has superchargers on it. He compared the cost to race his Chevrolet engine V8 dragster to this Mitsubishi dragster and the V8 costs 10 times more. No wonder he favors this 4 cylinder monster.
