    Yes, you did.

I like how you said you don't revile those jobs, then tell us how you sneered.

    Their choices are not limited.

These are the professions women choose.

What an ass! Yes their choices were limited. Do you have any idea how many secretaries trained boss after boss after boss, but were never even given a thought they might want to become one themselves? My grandmother was one. She was ticked off secretary at the Portland Natural Gas Company for decades, who literally taught her bosses ( vice presidents) how to do the exact job, while she languished. Do you know how she knew she would never be considered? The job postings SAID so on job after job both in management and in several union positions which they claimed were 'dangerous' or required 'male strength'.. It said " 'Men only apply'. Later in her career, she got the nerve and the seniority to take every such posting off the board and demand that that phrase be removed. This was before there was any consideration of an ERA and a vocal and powerful women's movement.

Now from now on, you let me tell you what I was 'sneering' about and how. You don't tell me what I thought of my mother's profession, who was a nurse, my aunt who was a grade school teacher or my grandmother who was a secretary. Some chose it because it was what they wanted and they remained content. Some chose it and then were trapped behind a glass ceiling that men built. Some chose it because what they really wanted they could not realistically aspire to.

I agree with the first sentence.

Oh yeah I'm sure your grandma taught those CEO's how to run their companies though.

Most choose those jobs in 2019 instead of being a roughneck on an oil drill.

This is why 94% of work place fatalities are MEN.

Sneer on. It's what leftists do when they don't get their equality of outcome.

When the workplace death rate is 50-50, come talk to me. Until then I don't care.
