I think it will go as high as Loretta Lynch and stop COLD. I suspect that Comey and Lynch are the decided upon targets... Both signed off on the FIRST FISA warrant. All of the other three warrants have been discredited.

And Clapper and Brennan should probably hope that there are no recorded conversations and/or a paper trail.

So are you still claiming there is not an investigation?

When the AG creates a task force to look into possible crimes and then several weeks later that is transferred to a US Attorney what do you think that means?

No it doesn't and the reason for this investigation.

Of course you aren't, you have yet to be "bothered" by any of the abuses we have seen.

No evidence found of any collusion, any conspiriacy and no charge of obstruction. So where was the probable cause? The FBI using their undercover agents to plant information with one person and then using another agent to get that person to tell them what the other agent said is not probable cause. It's a setup.

Of course it won't bother you you have been supporting and defending it.

The Democrats in Congress aren't interested in nor conducting "oversight" they are trying to when the White House in 2020 and trying to weaponize their Congressional power to do so. Trump and the White House were completely transparent with the Mueller investigation and Mueller turned up nothing. That's IT, end of story.

    Now turn the page.

Yep they were forewarned yet they took the dossier, without any attempt to verify, to a FISA court to seek a warrant to spy on the Trump campaign.

Yeah, I gotta give the first round to Rosenstein.

No you didn't figure. I pointed you to the thread that has the link. The FISA apps disclosure has been in the public domain for a year. You're juvenile tactics are an annoyance, not a challenge.

I think Obama skates unless one of the targets specifically outs him. I expect Lynch to protect Obama.

Comey is a wild card. Strzok did use the term that the White House wants to know everything, but it didn't specifically name Obama.

Comey may have unspecific information but it might not be documented.

Clinton's aid did testify that classified information was rec'd from the White House and used for official business over the unsecured server, but again, he didn't specify who sent it.
I wonder if Durham will have access to Weiner's laptop... Now that would be interesting.

Skates as far as a criminal charge, probably. But having prior knowledge which he has denied in the past, good chance.

It doesn't "break the law" if the release is done in accordance with the law.

Do you suppose that the House Judiciary and Intelligence Committees have no right to see the grand jury testimony?

    Honestly? Yes.
All this BS we see? It wouldn't exist if dueling was still a thing.

Simply on their demand, yes. Grand jury testimony is secret except under the most unusual circumstances. The House senior members and some additional have access to all by 2 complete sentences and 7 partial redaction's.

Are saying the heads of those committees do not already have access to 99.7% of the report?

    The double standard will apply.

Not one of these Bureaucrats who openly broke the law has been indicted at this point.

Again, I think that there will be those who will be specifically targeted and those who will drift into the sunset.

Rosenstein is a good example of a career hack who played both sides and still ended up with a gold watch.

The only way that they can legally see it is if a judge grants them access. Some of the redactions were the result of two judges ordering some of the information to be held sealed in the first place.

So in reality, Barr is restrained by both the law and two judicial orders... And so, Nadler and his buddies are technically acting in contempt of the rulings of two Federal judges.

Please let us know if anybody finds anything... I'm not holding my breath

EDIT - Doesn't change the OOJ examples in Volume 2 of the Mueller report or the fact that Individual 1 was involved in a campaign finance conspiracy...
