    As far as I know, most of the riots and destruction of property in Europe are in migrant areas? I always assumed the reason they rioted was so they would be free to have their own institutions; like police and firemen and eventually their own laws. I might be wrong, but that's how I see it.

    The way to fight it would be to help them raise their standard of living and move out of their enclaves - that is if their leaders would allow them.

    Anyway this is just my opinion, and as I said, I might be wrong.
