How come the Democratic party can legally have a benign neglect.policy towards black americans every race has there own agenda that politicians mention and work towards but black americans are the only group they refuse to give an agenda or to even say there name what legal manuever can be used to stop this.the usa have redlined,bombed and riddled black communities with immigrant and those are the reasons why black communities are not properly as they should be as americans how come they refuse to treat us as such but don't mind helping immigrants
