This article really sheds some light on the 2016 Democratic primary. It's way too early to call the race for Hillary, especially since Barack Obama was pulling similar numbers at this point of the election back in 2008. Then, in the end, he easily pulled past her and emerged as the nominee. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/h-a-goodman/bernie-sanders-is-2016s-barack-obama_b_8679904.html
Lol, no. The Democrats have absolutely zero chance of winning the Presidency. I actually look forward to a Republican WH/Republican House/Republican Senate. If we gave Dems the Trifecta, it's only fair to give the Republicans the same opportunity.
I don't buy into the Democratic propaganda that Republicans have zero chance of winning the Presidency, I also don't buy into the Republican propaganda that Democrats have zero chance of winning the Presidency. The candidates aren't even chosen yet, and that's a big factor in who wins. The country is no longer split into a heavy partisan divide with one half of the country voting straight Republican and the other half voting straight Democratic, we have seen a large influx of independents in the modern age. Voters who vary on voting habits based on the candidates. Bernie Sanders, contrary to popular rhetoric, would have a markedly easier time overtaking Republican candidates than would Hillary Clinton. Example polls for Sanders: here and here. Example polls for Clinton: Here and here. Likewise, Carson is doing better than Bush and Trump against the two possible Democrats: Example polls here and here. It all really depends on who gets the respective party nominations.
