BFD - Bernard Sanders may be a nice guy, intellectual, well meaning but there is no way in hell that anyone who professes to be a socialist will ever be POTUS. No matter how many times the misguided buffoons from the crazy butt wing of the Republican party have their favorite wet dream about Democrats being socialists the reality is that Democrats many be progressive and even many of them are left wing but they are not stupid therefore they will never nominate a socialist.

But National Socialist is a misnomer unless we define National Socialism scientifically then it's socialism for National Oligarch Kapitalists. So one can say that a the Fuhrer Trumpo is a national socialist.

If Hillary becomes the Democratic Party's Nominee, I'm sure the CWA will throw its support to Hillary.

the problem with Bernie is that while he means well companies are already leaving America by inversion and the natural foil to that boycotts havent really happened so his presidency will just hasten the process. While of course letting every single illegal in and giving them citizenship.

It's about time you use the power of the federal government to equalize the playing field by securing universal healthcare and education.
You are almost half a century behind many European countries on that front. The same goes for workers rights.

If you want to call it socialist, fine. But it is just common sense and the whole political spectrum from right to left has almost always agreed on that in Europe.

Sanders is basically for show. As you stated, Hillary has been endorsed by 146 of the current 188 Democratic Representatives in the House, by 38 of the current 44 Democratic senators not counting the so called independents, Sanders and King. 12 of the Current 17 Democratic Governors has endorsed Hillary also. Hillary has most of the super delegates, 440 of the 747 super delegates have already pledge their support to Hillary.

    http://www.bloombergview.com/articles/2015-08-28/clinton-s-superdelegate-tipping-point

Sanders on the other hand has 2 Democratic House Members, 1 senator, Sanders himself and 4 DNC members at last count. If there was a chance Sanders could defeat Hillary, the DNC wouldn't have let the registered Independent Socialist run as a Democrat. He is just there to give the show of legitimacy to the Democratic Party nomination process.

I think Sanders knew this and is running so he will have a platform to let his political views be known to the rest of America. It isn't the first time someone has run for president just to get a platform to express his ideology and views to the rest of us.

I'd put it earlier. Say the early part of 2012 when Obama and the Clinton made peace for the upcoming election. Obama did so to get the very popular Bill Clinton to campaign for him and part of that price was guaranteeing Hillary the nomination for 2016.
