Bernie Sanders Told Elizabeth Warren A Woman Couldn’t Win, Report Says

    Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) told Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) during a private meeting in 2018 that he didn’t think a woman could win the 2020 presidential election, four anonymous sources familiar with the exchange told CNN.

    Monday’s CNN report was based on accounts from two people Warren spoke with soon after her December 2018 sit-down with Sanders and two other people familiar with the meeting, which the two senators held to discuss the possibility that they would both be running for the Democratic presidential nomination.

    Just as we see the democrat parties candidates being winnowed down to only white people-we can see that sexism still has a home in the democrat party.

    Anyone who has read the wikileaks emails from the DNC is well aware of this.

    I'd like to hear what Klobuchar, and Gabbard have to say about this as well.

    A LOT of people (in BOTH Parties) are of the belief that the USA ISN'T ready for a Woman Pres.

    I don't see any Big Deal.

    Looks to me likes to like Today's "Dems Bad" Faux Outrage "Narrative".:bored:

    ^And, it won't change (or influence) one vote.

    One must admit (all kidding aside) that it is pretty hilarious that the RW Noise Machine is pushing an "Anti-Dem Narrative" BASED ON:

    A CNN Story (Using Anonymous Sources).    :roflol: :bored:

    According to everything that I see coming out of the RW:

    The RW Claims that "CNN is FAKE News" and they don't believe "Anon. Sources".

    It seems rather disingenuous that (all of a sudden) CNN is the New RW Gospel...
    ...As long as the reporting Fits their "Narrative".

    I really don't think this (if true) will affect any Dem.Votes in the Fall.

    The Dems will ALL be on the Same Page to Defeat Trump.:salute:

    Just spoke to a source who told me that Elizabeth Warren admittedly "embellished" the words of
    @BernieSanders
    to her friends after her meeting with him in 2018, saying that Bernie said a woman couldn't win, but that he never actually said those words.

    Disgusting.

    ...(which ALREADY has, essentially, narrowed into a Bernie/Biden Contest)...

    That said, I am sure the RW is hoping for some Big Fireworks at Tomorrow Night's Iowa Debate.

    Could a woman win? Absolutely. There's a bunch I would vote for. Certainly a large number I would vote for over Trump.

    Warren? Not so much someone who can win.
