There are several, Transporter 3 garage scene, the entire "The Raid" movie, most of "300" Those are all very good, and a dozen more, but i'll narrow it down to two favorites in reverse order.... Honorable mention goes to Beatrix Kiddo vs the Crazy 88's, Kill bill 1. The winner and my personal favorite is still the incredible and LONG fight scene in Matrix Reloaded, from the staircase all the way to the car rescue,

Some of the best fights in cinema history were done by Mexican hero El Santo. He was a pro wrestler who fought with or against Blue Demon and Mil Mascaras in many of the movies he made.
Yeah, I know the fighting is a bit hokey but it's worth it just to see Cyrano Jones getting free drinks and walking thru a bar fight with them.
I am no longer a bar fighter -- too old. I can still throw a few punches and kicks but a full length knock down drag out bar fight would wear me out now. So now I think of myself as a gunfighter now instead. And this is the best gunfight:
