    Sooooo much has happened to music over the last decades and a half that I can hardly keep up with all the genres. I have heard this song over the years and never even knew who did it. But it is one of those that just kept getting under my skin when I heard it. I finally looked it up when I kept hearing it used for a documentary.

    Just love it! It isn't my favorite but it certainly is a contender for anything since 2000.


    This is another group with a sound that really caught my ear. I don't like everything they do but I just love some of their stuff; parts of it. :)


    Another favorite of mine that came along was Beirut. I think he does some fantastically creative work. His work tends to be a mix of modern alternative and Eastern European, with a dash of Mariachi added.

    First released in 1984, this incredibly beautiful song hit the charts again in 2001, thanks to Shrek.

    I met little Jackie back when she was just 12 years old - about the time she did that video. So funny, she is such a powerhouse on stage. But in person she was very shy. I managed to get her to laugh just when they took our photo. Great shot. :)

    I didn't know it but I guess I'm a big Coldplay fan! I often know the music but have no idea who does it. This is a big one. I love their stuff. I really love the song I posted in the op.

    I was a HUGE fan of The Moody Blues 20 years before I knew it. :D

    And I Fink U Freeky has got to be considered a classic. It is definitely freaky!



    A woman sent me this video as her way of saying that she enjoyed our first date. I asked my nephew if that means she likes me, or she wants to eat me?
