I could never understand why the rioters, oops - I mean the peaceful protesters in the inner cities never wore masks. Somehow the news medias never mentioned it. Yet they made a big thing of not wearing masks when it was a Trump rally? Then again the Democrat mayors didn't care either. They just let them riot, oops - I meant protest. I wonder why, since it was the inner cities that were hit the hardest with the Corona virus?.

Callousness? No, of course not! They can't be, they're Democrats.

Indifference?? Defiance?? inconvenient? Making some kind of statement?? or just following their leader......who refused to war a mask ..........even after he got sick. But HIS reason was self described vanity. (and that , I think was honest ;-)

Content-free objections. Since the evidence marks Trump as a Fascist even before he was elected, I don't need to base my case on his behavior in office (though I certainly could). I have listed some common criteria for Fascism that Trump fulfills, which I note you haven't even bothered to argue. Burden of rejoinder is on you, and you are failing it. Again.

DISPATCHES FROM THE PARTY OF SCIENCE: Biden Administration’s Climate Team: “Systemic Racism” Is To Blame For Climate Change.

We begin 4 years of pretentious nonsense.

The Washington Free Beacon reported that Maggie Thomas has been tapped for the Office of Domestic Climate Policy chief of staff and Cecilia Martinez will serve as “senior director for environmental justice. Both incoming advisers have said racism drives climate change while insisting Biden’s environmental reforms should be based on “racial and economic justice.”

More a nut burger than dispassionate scientist.
Thomas has her own climate plan, which calls for trillions more in government spending to "fight climate change" with more welfare programs such as rent and utility relief. She demands Biden use executive action to establish a “government-wide environmental justice initiative” that would focus “federal environmental policy around equity, justice, and inclusion.”

She sounds easy to reason with.

Yes, I'd say that Biden's Administration challenges will last far past his hundredth day.

    Translation:
You cannot meaningfully address what I said
    As I said:
You cannot provide a sound definition of those terms, cite concrete examples of his words/actions, and then demonstrate how those words/actions fall under those definitions, especially in excess of the powers granted to his office.
Thank you for proving me correct.

Good question. Things that would mitigate include real social distancing (not “6 feet is good enough”recommended by “experts”), wearing masks (N95 or better, not inferior masks “experts” say are just as good) where transmission is most likely not just where “experts” recommend, and self quarantining instead of pretending being out and about 3 times or more a week for groceries is “essential”. That’s not an exhaustive list, but a starting point.

Of course none of those things are what people would do. That’s my point. If people were really concerned about becoming infected they would do the things above voluntarily. If people aren’t concerned enough to voluntarily protect themselves and the people they love most, I don’t think any mandates are going to be particularly effective.

And in doing so, you continue to lie to yourself.

    Fact remains:
You cannot provide a sound definition of those terms, cite concrete examples of his words/actions, and then demonstrate how those words/actions fall under those definitions, especially in excess of the powers granted to his office.

There are plenty of billionaires around contributing to political parties. The Right has them as well, and liberals complain about them, but we have never gone all-in on tinfoil theories of master-marionette donors, the way Conservatives have. I figure it goes back to Conservatives' Anti-Semitic DNA and complaints about the Rothschilds, etc. etc.

So what if it were? A United States of the World is a goal that we should aspire to, in the abstract at least.

George Soros telling the EU what to do? Really, that is cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs.

    Bingo...

LOL. Pure rightwing paranoia, and the ultimate in the slippery-slope fallacy.

Off topic for a moment but:

[In propositional logic, modus ponens (/ˈmoʊdəs ˈpoʊnɛnz/; MP), also known as modus ponendo ponens (Latin for "mode that by affirming affirms") or implication elimination or affirming the antecedent, is a deductive argument form and rule of inference.]

Was curious about your user name ;-) Curiosity satisfied

I'm afraid we will - there are many Conservatives in America who are itching for a confrontation with China. Taiwan offers one of the more obvious possible flashpoints.

Yes, besides Taiwan there are three or four other possible contingencies that could rope an unwary America into a war.

    - ?? And you are an apologist for Russian Imperialism, as well? Well, that is clarifying. I am inclined to agree that the US needs to encourage NATO to function more as a European Army, without our involvement in the command structure. But the main adversary of that Army will be Russia.

As far as the Arctic goes, the United States has direct geostrategic interests there, and we should pursue them vigorously against adversaries like the Russians and the Chinese.

I don't know why anyone should credit your judgment on what does and does not count as "idiocy," since you are shilling for Russian interests.

A Sino-American war is all-too likely, and we need to be at pains to avoid one. Russia is a middling, declining power, and the West mainly only needs to steer clear of conflict until the country implodes after the death of Putin.

Right, it's the chief form of logical inference. Is 'Mia Bleu' a name? Or is it from a foreign language?

Did you know that Rudy Giuliani will not represent Donald Trump at his impeachment trial? You have to wonder who Trump will get to defend him.
Are you accusing Democrats for not going by the rules during this pandemic? Perhaps There are these protesters that don't care if the get the coronavirus or not. It's a risk they will take.

Get this! President Trump want to lift COVID restrictions for places like Europe and Brazil. On the other hand Biden quickly rejects it. You have to wonder what Trump will do on the last day.

It is almost scary to think about what he will do / has planned. But it is bound to be sensational and flashy.

It will be a challenge for Biden to get folks like this confirmed: COLLUSION: China Ties Raise Questions for Biden’s Pick for Top Defense Post.

Peking Joe's pick for a top Pentagon post works at a research center partnered with China's Peking University, a school that is considered a security risk by western intelligence.

Colin Kahl, former senior fellow at the Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies at Stanford University that oversees the Stanford Center at Peking University in northern Beijing.

Peking University is run by former Beijing spy chief Qiu Shuiping and is linked to multiple espionage cases in the United States, recently updated its charter to require loyalty to the Chinese Communist Party. The school has ramped up its student and faculty surveillance system as part of the government's broader crackdown on independent scholarship.

These folks claim they want "Scandinavian Socialism" but what they truly want is the control over us that the Chinese Socialist State has over the Chinese People.

Hopefully the Biden Administration, will not be able to get these guys confirmed, despite the 100 day honeymoon period that Trump didn't get.
