There is argument that the system should not let you vote again. It's better than putting people in jail but what are you supposed to do when you are voting by paper and mail? What really boggles my mind is how these old school methods are supported by progressives during the computer Era! There probably will be some unfortunate souls who will do what he is suggesting and end up going to jail for it...

Most progressives that I have spoken with support a very secure multi-tiered electronic system but the difficulty is implementing it. Regressives are wholly against this however, or any advancement for that matter.

Well based on my understanding of his Intent, as stated previously, he did not commit election fraud. As you stated, intent to commit fraud is a required component in the law. He is simply ignorant. If he intended to cheat the system and steal votes, I would not continue to support him but intent hasn't been proven. This is especially the case in this situation because the entire basis of his argument is to state his concern as to the integrity of the voting process and how it needs to be verified and addressed.

I like my States method, we put out votes on paper, then scan them into the system I think every state should have to count both manually and digitally and then verify the two separate counts match, if they do not, find out why can you imagine any bank only trusting digital and not bumping those number up against physical
