This could get very interesting if the Senate calls Biden, his son Hunter, Chris Heinz and Devon Archer all on the witness stand so to speak. Of course they will be under oath. I'm sure we will get a lot of pleading the 5th. The best part is it will be all in the public eye. Maybe Ole Joe can answer if he was just making it up about Shokin or was he admitting to 25 CFR § 11.448 - Abuse of office.

The left doesn't care about possible crimes committed by by Biden, they care about Trump asking for him to be investigated and act like that's some sort of crime. I'm convinced they're all doing this in order to get ahead of whatever Horowitz and Durham turn up.

As brought to you of late, ABC has been shown not to be the bastion of responsible reporting and they have their own political bent on their stories. The days of unbiased reporting are long gone and the only way to determine if the Biden's did anything erroneous would be through an investigation... At least the left has made "INVESTIGATION" their battle cry. Does that only pertain to things they dislike?

If Biden committed crimes, I hope he is exposed well befor the Democratic Convention. However I think this whole Ukranian move by Trump and his pack of imbeciles was a political move and an attempt to extort Ukraine into letting Trump place his own bagman in a high lucrative place in the Ukranian gas business and cyphon billions into one of his phony shell companies. That’s what Perry, one of Trump’s appointed 3 Stooges was trying to do all along. Notice that when this thing blew up Perry headed for the Hill Country like a cartoon character.

If there was really any evidence of crime by Biden, I think Barr would charge him. That said, I think Trump helps the Democrats by injuring Biden and making the Democratic primaries a wide open 4 way race with Biden fading. That will help the winner get more unified support than Hillary got last time.

If the Dems in congress are smart they will call Biden in to testify on TV in the impeachment hearings and let him answer any questions regarding his actions as VP. I doubt that anything illegal can be proven but it certainly looks shady. If Biden looks good, good for him. If he doesn’t, too bad. You know that if they don’t call Biden’s, the GOP Trump faction will be screeching about unfair hearings and witch hunts. Let Jordan subpoena Biden and Biden and shut these crybabies up I say.
