Yes, a bump stock. A specific part used in Vegas. YOUR guy, wants to ban the sale of ALL parts for ALL GUNS online. Even a screw or a spring. Want to tell us more lies and assure us Democrats dont want to eventually ban ALL guns?
"I dont support something, I'm just going to sit here and make excuses and justifications for something I dont support".....
And just like The Donald, he wants to ban parts used in the Vegas shooting. I think the Donald was acting like a dictator when he signed that anti-gun legislation, why don't you?
If you don't bother to understand and empathize with anti-gun people you will just alienate them. I support the right to bear arms, and I think that rabid pro-gun fanatics have done more to hurt that right than any other group of people, because they won't acknowledge or try to understand the concerns of anti-gun people.
Actually, I do. I said that here at the time. Dont even attempt to act like Joe is not trying to ban the common method of sale in parts used on ALL guns
I have ZERO interest in empathizing with those who want to do away with our rights. Gun banners want "compromise" but offer absolutely ZERO in return....nothing but eroded rights.
So you voted for a dictator - the only one in the last 13 years who has actually signed an anti-gun part legislation. Shame on you.
Unlike you, I did not support it and unlike Joe, it was in reaction to a tradgedy NOT proudly promised on his official campaign website, did you even bother to read it BEFORE your vote? I said at the time, he was making a mistake, capitulating to the left.
And FOR this overreach that grossly exceeds the bump stock ban. Apples to oranges is failing badly for you bud.
I can't help it that you put aside your morals and voted for someone you think had acted like a dictator. Shame on you .
This is a perfect example of the slippery slope phenomena. One part was banned, so now everyone is asking why it's a big deal to ban other normal parts. And for the record, I personally think it was a terrible idea to make a $2 piece of cheap molded Chinese plastic into a felony, but that is really another subject for another discussion in another thread.
It sounds ridiculous, but can you imagine the profit boost of the corporations when we can no longer DIY our own products? Obviously the banners can't...
From 'war on drugs' to 'war on guns' to 'war on parts'... Who was it said you can't fix stupid? (for those of you that can't tell, this is a firearm suppressor being sold as fuel filter. So... ban fuel filters?)
there is a fitting that you can buy to turn an oil filter for a vehicle into a suppressor of course you need an ATF tax stamp. Will be needing background checks for those tap and dies now
Is this something that has to pass through congress? If so, it won't pass through Senate. I prefer to support the local gun store in my town but I get there are those who prefer to buy online so I don't want to see this legislation go through anymore than they do.
