Speaking of which - and to continue down this rabbit hole - read a piece today where a server at one of the dining establishment frequented by the Washington elite .. talk about how obnoxious and stingy these people were - the Trump admin .. mentioning Wilbur Ross (a near Billionair and Rothschild/Rockefeller Foot Soldier) and others.

Having worked for many years as a waiter - in higher end establishments (not like this but worked the industry) - and like any person who has worked in the service industry - restaurant - retail - General Public you name it . but in a "subservient" position even better. -where there is close and extended contact - you just get to know people - and you understand immediately - what another having similar experience is saying - having had the same experience many times.

This particular type was the "Human Garbage" bin - with only a slight risk of being hyperbolic - not only committing the offense of a cheap rich person (and _ "how do you think they got that way" - does not absolve this sin) - but, also obnoxious and arrogant - in a condescending sort of way - a belief in an ideology where those at the top of the food chain are there because of some superior genetic predisposition - or in the case of those from cultures who still believe in the cast system - then there is another form of economic classism - classist societies.. ... in descending order of severity of offense.

Trump would short contractors on the final payment - or just not make it - knowing the trouble of suing is not worth the effort - so many will just go away. - that's all I needed to hear about the man.. the myth .. the legend.

None of the above constitutes my main arguments against Trump - as I judge actions by a president in this respect - not one's past history and counterparts - either he is making good moves on the chessboard or bad ones .. the color of his trousers I do not care .. nor the stains on them .. and Trump made some huge blunders .. dumb and dumber... such as waging economic war on the entire world - and the same time as having a Trade war with China

In what book of strategy is having a war on 360 fronts at the same time recommended ? specially when in the Trade war with China it is critical to have your allies by your side - but I have posted at length on this - detailing how bold and brash the move was - and then seeing how the move played out on the board .. as the nations of the world gave us the collective FU - to punish us for using the economic nuclear option to usurp the sovereignty of every nation in the world at the same time..

No walking softly and carrying a big stick here ... just barge into the room .. start bashing .. and expect the nations of the world to like and respect you for it. Oh sure .. most nations complied .. but it was not willing compliance .. they were forced .. at gunpoint - banks and corporations blocked out of the international system of payments if they do not comply to Trumps Unilateral Sanctions/Demands.

So yes - they complied - and most observed the Iran Sanctions - but they exacted payback in other ways .. and it is a long litany of economic destruction and missed opportunity - much of the damage not repairable .. even if Biden was to desire to make the effort.. and that is yet to be seen.

Had he not made restitution like we poorer folks could not, he’d be criminally prosecuted. Hence, that’s why it’s ok to differentiate between a criminal and a convicted criminal. He’s a criminal....no if and’s or but’s.

Thats the way the law works. You show a judge enough evidence to convict, then the perp can get an option on non violent crimes like fraud, to repay for damages or be prosecuted for fraud in a court of law.

 

Being a 'leader' means benefitting from it, not being its slave. There's a huge difference in the two existences. And I'm going to be 29 in March. If I could have been so fortunate to be born and political at a time where it could've been stopped, I would have. What I can try to do now is keep the sinking ship from sinking any further(and part of that is to recognize that it's sinking!)

But, he doesn’t have to be convicted . He committed non violent civil offenses and he’s rich . We know what he did. Really, do you really think he’ll ever be convicted of any crime in a court of law ? When rich, you avoid this sht. That’s why impeachment is important. Just like incorporating makes it more difficult to be adjudged guilty of a lot of offenses....
