LOL Let's put the fox in charge of the hen house. https://www.axios.com/biden-harris-border-crisis-d749a52a-2de3-4cc4-aaca-6a7dbc9df25a.html A) I thought that there was no crisis B) Didn't I hear that it was only children getting in? Now it's also "families" "Harris will lead efforts with Mexico and the Northern Triangle (Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador) to manage the flow of unaccompanied children and migrant families arriving at the border in numbers not seen since a surge in 2019."
How can anyone that won't even admit there is a crisis at the border, when it's a full blown humanitarian disaster be effective? All good managers know that to fix a problem, you must first be able to define it. She can't.
Is she going to be the bell boy to take them and their things up to their hotel room to get them cozy? Perhaps some room service and draw them a bath. Sounds like a grand old time.
Interesting development indeed! Let Kamala the Hun take all the heat for the coming apocalypse at the border...hmmm...has she made some enemies already among Befuddled Joe's puppeteers? Should be entertaining watching this play out.
It's the Biden administration's fault this is occurring, so pardon us if we don't have much confidence in them doing much to fix it.
You think the border problem is all Biden's fault? Good grief. The border problem is the ongoing culmination (a contradiction in terms?) of both parties over decades ignoring employers of illegals to line their pockets with lobby money. Blaming it all on the current political boogy man instead of demanding real action is why these clowns haven't fixed it decade after decade.
'Sitting on their hands': Biden transition officials say Trump officials delayed action on child migrant surge (nbcnews.com) WASHINGTON — In early December, the Biden transition team and career government officials began sounding an alarm on the need to increase shelter space for the large number of migrant children expected to soon be crossing the border, but the Trump administration didn't take action until just days before the inauguration, according to two Biden transition officials and a U.S. official with knowledge of the discussions. "They were sitting on their hands," said one of the transition officials, who does not currently work for the Biden administration and spoke on the condition of anonymity. "It was incredibly frustrating." The Biden transition team made its concerns about the lack of shelter space known to Trump officials both at the Department of Health and Human Services and the Department of Homeland Security, laying out the need to open an influx shelter in Carrizo Springs, Texas, and to issue what's known as a "request for assistance" that would start the process of surveying new sites for expanded shelters, according to the transition officials.
Right there, it says it, it really does. They were expecting an illegal horde the second Biden took over and that's because he invited them here. But let's blame Trump.
Biden gets the blame for the message. Trump gets the blame for sabotaging the transition. Plenty of blame here.
Sounds like you care more about trashing Harris than the problem. Fox News may have a job for you if you dress like a street walker.
We are not responsible for what happens in other countries, especially the countries that create people who boost their economies, lower their crime rates and are vastly improved by their own diversity. If only our south of the border buddies would do for their countries what the left says they can do for us.
If Knees tries to solve problems like she did in CA, then those illegals will be put in jail and used as slave labor.
Remember folks, Biden is putting harris in charge even though she had so little support from her own party, so little confidence from her own party, that she had less than 1% of the primary vote and Trump polls higher in her own state than she does. Only an idiot would put her in charge of anything and Biden is that idiot.
Didn't you create a thread just a couple of days ago criticizing Biden for not doing enough about "human rights abuses against Uyghurs" in China?
No. I created a thread about Biden calling the treatment of Uygers cultural norms. No where did I imply that America is responsible for what China is doing.
You should take a look at the history of Central America before you decide we have no responsibility for what happens there. Anyway, responsible or not, Trump made the situation worse. Now, Biden has added to the problem. Anyway, many of the people at the border started north before Biden won last November.
