Let me lay it out for you in a simple way. The world is in a supply chain crisis because the various parts of this chain are breaking. A flood stresses all cracks. Meaning that that every link in the chain that might have been able to function in sub-optimal ways and get by under normal conditions can no longer do so. Now COVID was the origin of this mess but it is by no means the only factor at play. You seem to be obsessively defensive when it comes to denying Joe Biden has any blame in this situation, and equally obsessive in asserting Trump is responsible for it all, but neither of these things are true. You're talking about a world problem in which each of these Presidents played short-term minor roles and one of them is gone, as in no longer a factor.

The blame which Biden has incurred stems from his inaction and I'll give you one main domestic example. The US ports are a mess but not because we have too many ships or too little space or that we lack the logistical savvy to process whats incoming. The backlog at this point is largely due to the fact that US ports don't operate 24/7 and we have leftist labor unions to thank for that; these people basically put in a half day with all the mandated breaks they get. Now any port operator could have told you that if you want to clear a backlog of ships you throw more men at it, this has been true since cargo ships were made out of wood. The Biden administration knew this because large retailers have been pleading for White House involvement since March. But Biden didn't do anything because Biden doesn't understand how any of this works and the people who run him answer to unions. Fed up with inaction the large retailers have just recently orchestrated their own solutions and wouldn't you know it the Biden White House finally came along just in time to join the show and tag a 'W' for ol' Joe as if not only was he engaged in the situation the entire time but that he solved it.

Now step back from that because now enter the vaccine mandate. I like the vaccine and I'm not entirely against mandating it. But I'm also actively engaged in trade markets and, like it or not, a vaccine mandate is expected to have a negative impact on labor. Why does that matter so much to this supply chain situation? Because the labor shortage is one of the top 3 contributing factors to the domestic side of this problem, some say its #1. We're short on shoremen, we're short on long haul truckers, we're short on package processing and shipping workers, and so on. We have mark shortages at every point in the distribution chain and the essence of a mandate is 'get this vaccine or you're fired'. A number of people will walk off or be tossed off these job, jobs that are already understaffed.

Now Biden might have good intentions for a vaccine mandate but that doesn't mean there also wont be consequences. If you don't want to accept that reality - tough. It's going to happen with or without your acknowledgement. America's supply chain issues are not over and will not be over for the rest of this year, and most of next. Trillions of market dollars are betting on this forecast and these people know better than a few far-left talking heads who's mission is to dupe people into thinking Joe can do no wrong.

Now go stock up, do your Christmas shopping early, you wont regret it. In the least you'll save over time because in addition to scarcity there will continue to be rampant inflation (but that's a different conversation).

And right now Biden is considering more regulations on gas companies because, you know, global warming. And it was Obama who said gas companies needed to be bankrupted.

With the high price of gas, how are illegals and refugees supposed to get around? I doubt they're going to steal Teslas because in CA that would put them over the $950 limit.

Speaking of Teslas and electric cars, isn't it amazing how as soon as Pelosi and the democrat gang buy stock in electric vehicles that gas prices go up? Another coincidence, right?
