Black comedians using white voice to make fun of white people is equivalent to white people using black face to make fun of black people
Sure, if there an example of that in the past 20 years, other than liberal "comedians" like Jimmy Kimbal? Honestly, its funny as hell when Dave Chappelle put on white face and did white voice, especially in his "trading spouses" bit.
Comedy is often at the expense of someone else. One of the benefits of comedy is to take things that are awkward put them front and center and poke fun at it. Like noticing such subtle insignificant differences between black and white people or Hispanic and white people. The comedians that do this are often the funniest. We don't need anymore butt hurt in the world.
Not really. As a white man, I think the "white voice" is funny. I think Eddie Murphy's whiteface documentary is funny. I don't know of any black people who feel that way about black face. So, no, it's not the same situation.

If the point is that neither group should get butthurt over this kind of thing, completely. If the point is that something like "white voice" is anti-white, hell no. Knock yourself out Eddie Murphy, put on that Victorian suit and bring out your best British accent
