Why should those stories be statistically significant you say?! Maybe because the actions of these DA's are in essence condoning the rampant violence that is becoming to a point of catastrophic in many cities. But you go ahead and keep that noggin of yours buried deep in the sand!

'It's just crazy': 12 major cities hit all-time homicide records

In the middle of an economic recession murder rates rise yeah. Especially for the uneven recovery.

no it means when you truck with people who are literal cancer to society that you put yourself at risk.

So she deserves death. Rationalize it however you want but you are arguing she deserves death.

Wait... I thought we were in an economic boom? Anywho... I see you are also condoning the violence by 100%, unequivocally glossing over the problem.

The left are just nuts. Try to assassinate someone and then let them out on bail because, I guess, he is not a danger to the public. And the left wonder why the crime rate is increasing.

    I can say her name.

Breanna Taylor was recorded phone calls with Jamarcus Glover and others on the warrants and shows just how involved Taylor was in Glover’s drug enterprise.

Breanna Taylor was involved in the homicide of Fernandez Bowman as she rented the car his body was found in.

Breanna Taylor was dating the victim’s brother’s drug-dealing associate, Jamarcus Glover. The brother is Demarius Bowman.

Breanna Taylor posted bond for Glover on two occasions. Glover was involved in very violent crime in the area and was committing crimes in a car registered to her.

Breonna Taylor was receiving dozens of calls from Glover and another felon in on narcotics trafficking charges, Curtis Palm while they were incarcerated.

Breonna Taylor was hiding out known narcotic trafficker's with wanted felony warrants and she knew it.

    Hows that.

Deserve has nothing to do with it.
If you want to run with murderers and drug traffickers, bad things are going to happen.
If you decide to harbor murderers and drug traffickers with felony warrants, you put your own life at risk.

The left doesn't care about the crime rate. They just care about blacks being arrested and put in jail. Those are their 'crime statistics".

Yup. I'm all for making reasonable adjustments to society creating better chances for blacks but, the bottom line is, if blacks commit 30% of the crimes then they should be arrested 30% of the time, not the 15% percentage of their makeup in society.

And an unequivocal fact that needs to be addressed is that we have 15% of the population that commits over 50% of the annual murders in this country. That is a problem!

There is a silver lining to that though. Most of the blacks murdering other blacks are taking criminals off the streets to the betterment of society. But, it is a shame when innocents get killed in the process and there are many innocent blacks who get killed in the collateral damage.

You seriously don't see a difference in the two cases?

Nope. That leaves too much open for misuse by a moron DA. I would agree if you restated it as, "anyone who is arrested for premeditated murder should be denied bail."
I would go further and make a Constitutional Amendment that gives victims the right to a speedy trial. I'm sick of murder cases taking 3-6 years.

Meaning if you want to shack up with murderers and narcotics traffickers who have outstanding felony warrants with SWAT teams looking for them, you have nobody to blame but yourself for your own ignorance.

So you don't know the difference between negligent homicide and attempted murder and why one in bondable and the other isn't.

One was a person doing his job and a man died (not premeditated) because he was resisting arrest.
One was a premeditated, planned, attempt to purposely murder another person because he hated that person.

Yes, I see a big difference.
